Philippines	W2 and ITR	yes. print out is OK. as for the ITR they want the latest. 2011. but i think it's best to see 2-3 years of ITR so they will see how much your fiance is earning and that she can really support you financially. but 2011 is still fine. I actually brought 3 consecutive years, and the Filipina screener took all the copies of it,... Philippines	SLMEC	I had my Medical Exam the 1st week of this month. As a suggestion, You better let yourself stay in a hotel near St. Lukes & US embassy for one night only so that you can familiarize yourself on the area and that you could immediately let yourself take the exam at an early start of the day .Its hard to just focus on one option for you to take in the transportation for sometimes you can not predict what will come up on the way. Philippines	SLMEC	Hi. I just had my medical last August 1. It was raining that time that's why the standard 2 days of medical exam became 1 day only because applicants are few that time. On day 1, you will know if you pass when they schedule you to have your vaccine on the 2nd day. If you know the LRT Line 1 United Nations Station, you can walk from there and ask the people where Bacobo St or St. Luke's Extension Clinic is located and they will help you to find it. Philippines	CENOMAR	no, because mine was issued by NSO Manila. so i didn't get any 221g. Check your NSO what office it was issued from. on the upper part of my CENOMAR " NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFICE" Manila is this ok? NSO IS NSO no matter what office. some threads here says they are given 221g and tell by 2go to get CENOMAR from pasay.. i dont know, all i know is like what you've said also. Philippines	wondering why until now no news from the embassy	you just have to make sure that they already have your case in USEM,because if they don't have yet..once you made an appointment online it will be invalid,called them! If you already have your NOA2. Philippines	wondering why until now no news from the embassy	good day to all VJ members and readers.i am heartily needed for help regarding my worries.my fiance(e)receive NOA2 last July 24 then got our MNL case number then it was forwarded to the embassy last July 30.i started to worry coz until now i haven't receive any mail or notice from the embassy for any details or for interview.i read some articles and forum some has their interview 2 weeks after they know their case number.plz.need help and advice what to do,,it is almost 1 month now since they forwarded our papers to the embassy..thank you and god bless everyone. call the manila embassy. (632) 982-5555 (632) 902-8930. i did email the manila embassy coz im worried and waiting also for the hard copy coming from them. they emailed me back stating no need to wait for the hard copy. i confirmed the email when i call their no. and its ok. theyve got the paper from NVC already. i scheduled my interview online. and while waiting for my interview date, the hard copy from them(USEM)arrived. Philippines	MEDICAL @ St. Lukes	Congrats! yes mas time saver talaga pag online, pero kung may kasama kang bata hindi advisable yung super early sa SLEC. and correct ka sa releasing ng medical result meron kasi iba hindi nag babasa, na hindi na first come first serve basis sa releasing, kaya iba nagagalit tapos punta ng punta sa counter asking kung andyan na ung result ni ganito at ganyan. ang importante ntapos at nka pasa sa medical Thankz! karamihan talaga sa mga noypi mainipin at mainitin ang ulo. at goodluck sa interview... pray! pray! pray! Philippines	MEDICAL @ St. Lukes	THANK YOU SO MUCH LORD GOD !!! tatagalugin ko na lang hirap pa ako mag-english eh. 4:00 am pa lang mahaba na ang pila. mas OK kung my online registration kayo. iba ang pila ng my Online registration sa mga wala. ibig sabihin makaka-save ka ng oras. after makapagbayad ng medical fee X-ray na ang kasunod..hinga ng malalim!!! maging attentive kasi minsan malabo ang pagbanggit nila sa mga pangalan!tapos vital sign, height and weight, eye test, blood extraction, then P.E. maraming tanong ang doctor pero mga simple lang naman. kailangan alam mo ang pangalan mo! (lol), eded,mga sakit sa katawan na meron ka, tulo, syphillis,asthma, bulutong, operasyon,kung naggagamot ka,paninigarilyo,marijuana,shabu,alak,pustiso,tatto.. tapos papahubarin ka na. titingnan buong katawan mo at papabukahin ang pwet! (lol!)bunganga, mata, tenga, wrist kung meron kang laslas, itlog,(sorry lalaki po ako eh! lol).yun! tapos! next is immunization interview. parehas din ang tanong dito sa mga tanong ng doctor sa P.E. tapos antay ka lang ng 4 na oras. kain muna. pagtapos, immunization na.(kung walang problema sa x-ray result mo)then antay ka ulit ng 2 hours sa releasing section(depende sa proseso ng medical mo, dito hindi na nasusunod yung first come first serve.. merong may mauuna sayo samantalang nasa likoran mo sila nung pumipila pa lang kayo.)ang importante alam mong pasado ka, kaya be patient! 5:30 am ako dumating sa st. lukes, nakuha ko yung result 4:15 nang hapon. yes! isang araw lang po. Philippines	CFO requirements	Hi...I attended seminar last Friday. I only presented to them copies of my valid ID, Passport, BC & CENOMAR, and also my visa. They didnt ask for the original copies of BC & CENOMAR, only my passport. As for the BC of my fiance, they didn't look at it either, same with his divorce decrees.
