K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	&*$%@!!	we also got RFE today from CSC. They asked for three things: more details of how we met, final divorce cert (not just final order) and additional primary evidence that we've seen each other in the last two years. We already sent itineraries, pics etc. We have credit card statements of purchases made while visiting each other and letters from family/friends. There are no stamps in our passports. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Divorce decree or certificate?	I sent a copy of my divorce decree and I got a ROE asking me to send in a copy of the divorce certificate with the court's seal on it. To avoid any delay, I would suggest sending in a copy of certificate. I did have to pay extra to get the divorce certificate but it would be worth it because at the interview they wanted to see the original certificate anyway. Hope that helps!
