Please help	I already have my medical and interview appointment date but we would like to request for an early schedule because our son, who is an American citizen needed immediate medical care. I already looked into the US Embassy site in Manila and found how to request for an early appointment. My problem is with the Visa Point pin. I dont know what this is. It says here Visa point pin must be provided if you scheduled your appointment thru visa point website. Im all confused here. I dont understand since we didnt schedule our appoinment thru that. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	need help about K-1 visa	hello! can somebody help me? I want to know how long does it normally take for a k-1 visa be approved by the USCIS? I filed my petition for my fiancee last October 4, 2006 and got a notice 3 days later. i find it very odd to know that my friend in Penssylvania filed for his petition July 28, 2006 and was approved August 4, 2006 while I had been waiting for almost 2 months for my application to be approved. Its just weird when I cjecjed the USCIS site and found out that they are cureently processing May 2006 applications. How come my friend got his that quick? I really want my fiancee to come here and so is our son who keeps on getting sick due to the pollution there in the Philippines. he developed asthma because their neighbors burn their garbage ( a normal practice there) .our son is already an american citizen since I already filed a petition for him to get a consular birth in abroad. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	i need help desperately	can somebody help me? when i submitted my petition for my Filipina fiancee at the USCIS California Service center, i forgot to write down our names in the back of the passport pics that were to be enclosed with the form G25A. Will this affect the petition? I submitted it last October 3 and got the notice of action October 6. And if it does affect it, what are the necessary actions should I take to correct it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	need confirmation	i know of someone who hired a lawyer and got his petitioed approved by the USCIS after a week or so. he filed his petition July 24, 2006, got the NOA1 July 28 and got the approval August 4. Dont you think its odd to know that some people can get an edge to others? We filed our petition last October and we still dont get any notice whatsoever. Of course Im happy to know that some Oct filers are being appoved already. I just wish we'll hear from the USCIS soon. I was married to a filipina before but the marriage didnt work out. i filed for an annulment 19998 and was granted 1999. She never appeared on the court since she already took off prior to the filling and I was left with no idea whre my ex wife was. Her mother is actually the one who counter signed the papers in behalf of her. Im just really worried this might be a question to the USCIS and it'll affect our petition.
