K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Extremely worried about visiting USA	I have a K-3 in process and was informed at POE that there was no possibility of entering the US as the I-130 is immigrant intent in itself. After applying for a visitor visa I was told exactly the same thing and that my spouse should visit me. I want to know how you got a visitor visa when you have a spousal visa. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Just wondering if anyone out there has been in a similar situation	Hi Kelly, I am in the exact same position as you after leaving the US in March 2006. I am now filing the I-130 and K-3 spousal visa. I tried to enter on VWP but was denied at POE as the I-130 is classed as immigrant intent and it does not matter what proof you provide. I would suggest that if you want your spouse to visit then do this before filing if possible and try to fly through Dublin or Shannon airport as POE is carried out in Ireland therefore if you are denied entry you dont have the agony of the 9 or 10 hour flight. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Medical Completed	Hi all, Just got back from doing my medical in London, bit upset that they have now changed the whole medical/interview process. I originally got a K-1 in November 2003 and the process was all done on the same day - medical at 9am and then head for the embassy. I provided all proof I could but was told with a spouse in the US it was against immigration law to let me enter. Im not saying dont try but dont get your hopes up. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Affidavit of Support	Hi all, Having talked to my wife today she has said she cant stay married to me. I know this is the wrong site to be posting this kind of thing but i dont know where else to go. I need help so I'll give the background. I originally entered the US on a K-1 visa in November 2004 after selling my house and quitting my job. I got married to my USC wife in February 2006 but not long after following a huge fallout between her and her mother(whom I was to be employed by) she told me I should return to the UK to work until she was sure she could be married to me. I did not have AP and eventually my wife filed the I-130 in September 05. We are now only a week away from the K-3 interview and my wife has told be she does not want to be married. She has always had insecurities about being married and the responsibilities that go along with it and even had some counselling about her anxiety. I do not want to lose her but at the moment it sounds like I have no chance. I have been living with my sister in the UK for the past 13 months working temporary jobs every now and then to keep money coming in. I do not have a lot left and now have no house. You can apply for a K-1 fiance visa while you are on vacation but must return to SA while it is processed. Alternatively, you can wait until your married and file the K-3 visa application. I had to refile all the paperwork again - medicals and other documents are good for one year, so if you have done them you wont have to again. Unfortunately it doesnt speed up the process.
