Are you from the Philippines? Your questions will depends to the Consul.. yes, i am from Philippines...you're right i believe that it's somehow depends to the Consul i guess...but i can't see any reason why it takes that long for them to decide after having the DV back to them..so sluggish it is...	joriz	Female	Philippines	2008-10-27 22:34:00
