IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	question	Maybe someone knows the answer here, otherwise i call with the embassy. My partner is a dual citizen from Belgium/ USA . He's currently living in Belgium since the summer. We want to marry each other in a couple months ( been together for 3 years ) . We live together here in Belgium and plan on getting married here. Is the embassy going to make a problem that he lives here on his Belgium passport and married here? We think I can't get a immigrant visa because hes not getting married as an US citizen or they dont look at that? and see him as a US citizen married abroad. .
