K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	HELP	Hi, they will mail the NOA2 to your fiance. And your fiance has to give you that NOA2 to take to your interview in case they ask. Consider calling the USCIS for a change of just his mailing address, maybe he has relatives or friends whose addresses he can use as his mailing address. He does not have to have the same mailing and physical address anyways. If he has a different residential address from his mailing address, mails will be sent to his mailing address. Do I just take it to my interview? or do I mail it in? Im aways away as we just received out NOA1 but my fiancé is a little behind on taxes! and I just want to know when we will have to have the 1-134 completed. It just means you have to provide them with whatever was missing (maybe a signature or evidence of meeting in person, there are a lot of possible reasons). My heart was racing, I felt my blood pressure go up and I even screamed of excitement. I couldn't believe it. And then I read it... it was just an email for an info session on the i-129F tomorrow. I will attend since I would like to know as much information about the process as possible. So back to waiting. At least it wasn't an RFE or worse, package sent back. Best wishes to everyone... this is definitely and emotional roller coaster, and it's just the beginning!   If anyone would like info on how to sign up for the webinar, let me know. Once you get it, you can take the receipt number and subscribe at the USCIS webpage, there is an option to get email and text notifications there.  great! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2013 Filers	That's is ion VJ's time lines yes?    Because of the recent government shutdown, USCIS started processing cases MUCH faster (like giving NOA2 within a month of NOA1). Now, we also know VJ takes all the data people put in their timelines and makes statistics. This statistics have been altered because of this fast processing times.    SO, long story short, the website thinks they will keep processing that fast and it's guesstimating your NOA2 for Dec 22nd - Jan 1st. xD    I would really hope if it kept going that way, but I highly doubt it.  Makes you wish you had filled earlier hu? x_X Me too! xD    Anyway, hope this was somewhat helpful.  -Mari-   Oh, btw GRATS on your NOA1!!! thanks!!!   yes, that did help!! Welcome!    Well, if you filled the G-1145 form, you usually get an e-notification within 3-4 business days (since the day it arrives to the P.O Box not since you send it). And then you get the hard copy arround 7-10 days after that.  If you didn't send the G-1145 form, you will only get the hard copy and it's usually between 10-14 days since the day it arrived to the P.O. Box.   We sent our I-129f package on Oct 28th, we got our e-notification on Nov 1st and we still have not received the hard copy.    Hope I helped.   -Mari- Thank you! We are starting our journey and we are already confused on the I-127F form.  When it asks for City/Town/Village you are born, do you just put the city? How do they know which state? It doesn't ask, but im sure if I don't include it, it will be rejected and if I do put it down, will they reject it? National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC Case Number AUG 1 NOA2	I called 2 times.  Both times all they asked for is receipt number.  The first time, they told me they haven't received it yet.  The second time, after I gave the receipt number, they asked for names and birthdays to confirm that I had something to do with the case.  That is when I got the case number.  So, if they don't ask for names and birthdays, they don't have it yet.  Be patient, it will come. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC Case Number AUG 1 NOA2	I called last week and thy told me it was taking 8 weeks.  I called again today and I got the NVC Case #!!!!  I'm excited for the next steps.   Don't worry everyone, it will happen for you too.  Just be patient and remember, even though this is a long process now, you will spend the rest of your lives together!!!  So, in the end, all the waiting will be worth it!!  Stay positive guys! US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Is this Normal?	Did you try contacting the Embassy in Abu Dhabi?  I'm sorry I didn't pay more attention to that whole process, because they sent Packet 3 and interview appointment to USC e-mail, and I don't remember where I gave that information to them.  However, based on your timeline, you're right there about the time you should have your interview based on my own experience.  Which is considerably faster than some countries, so don't worry too much, this part of the journey is almost over for you.  Just contact the embassy with your case number, and they should be able to get you the information you need.
