I am Brazilian, but when we send the IF-129 I was living in Italy, but during the process I had to return to Brazil. We received our NOA2 on September 20. We asked for NVC to send our file to the Rio de Janeiro but for some unknown reason this was not done. My case went to the consulate in Naples-Italy. A few days later the consulate in Rio de Janeiro asked for transfer my documents to Brazil. The Italian consulate sent me an email saying that on October 27th they transferred my case to Brazil, but the consulate in Rio de Janeiro has not received it. i'm very worried, because I don't know how long it will take to my case arrive in Brazil. And also because my NOA2 is valid until January 19th. Can anyone tell me what can I do ? how to know if they really sent my file to Rio? how to know when my documents will arrive at the consulate in Brazil?
I'm so frustrated.
=(

Oh Lord!

Grant that the mind of those who will review our process is clear and responsive;
Grant that the answer is quickly and satisfactorily;
Oh Lord grant that our process is sent to the consulate in Rio de Janeiro without delay and/or mistakes;
Grant that packets arrive in my hands very quickly;
Help me to have patience and attention to complete the forms and review all the paperwork;
Help us to find a dollar tree, for all these expenses;
Grant that interviewers are friendly and like me, so they don't create problems to give me the long-awaited Visa;
Grant that visa journey is quick, so I can be in the arms of those who shared with me all the fears, the anxiety and despair ASAP.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsNOA2 received in 80 days!!!!! VSC

Woow 80 days is really good for Vermont! Congrats :) From now on It's downhill..the only pain in the #### will be the 3 days trip in Naples,but after it..that's it! :)

Thank you... But I'm not going to do my interview in Naples. I'm going to Brazil and I'll do the interview in Rio de Janeiro (so... a couple days in Rio sounds good to me). =D

I wish all cases were approved ASAP.
Is an odd sensation for me,I'm so happy right now and at the same time frustrated by people who have not received your NOA2.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresDear USCIS

Dear employees of USCIS,
I am writing to wish you a wonderful Labor Day on Monday. I want you all to relax, kick back and enjoy your extra day off work. I know you work hard for our government. I know you put in long hours. I know you must feel your position is a thankless job. But, I want you to know that I appreciate all your hard work and dedication. I want to personally thank each and every one of you for all that you do in USCIS.
I pray that you get plenty of rest on Monday. I hope you get to enjoy time with your family and especially your spouses. And I hope when you get back to work on Tuesday that you have the most productive day on record. I know Sept 30th is the end of your fiscal year. I know the bosses are breathing down your neck to close as many cases as possible. Just take a deep breath and get down to business and kick out more approvals then you ever have done in a day. Know that I will be waiting patiently, right here, checking the website, calling 800-375-5283 incessently because I appreciate all that you do and I believe in your abilities and I know you are great efficient employees.
Please take care and have a great day off. See you next week!!!

Sincerely,
Lonely Sad Wife

I love it!
