Hi Guys I just received my NOA at 3pm but notice date was July 03/14
$680 check cash out

"It said The above has been received by our office and is in process.our record indicate your personal information is as follows :my date of birth and my address.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionNeed to file I-751 / Divorce situation.
It's funny that you said you received letter from Uscis address to your name to remind your ex wife to remove her 2 year condition GC .

My greencard was approved 1Aug 2011 We were told by Uscis at the interview office that Uscis do not send reminded to anyone to lifted condition GC we have to remenber ourself and filed it within 90 days before expiration date ourself or else status will be expired and we will have to reapply and pay for for I-145 package all over again

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionNeed to file I-751 / Divorce situation.

I'm currently remarried to a VERY sweet Filipina lady since March of this year.  We're talking night and day between the her and my ex-wife.  No plans to go back & help someone who basically abandoned me after I helped her get out of the bad situation she was in being here illegally for 10 years.  Yes I "was" in love with her because at 1st she didn't show her immaturity & huge control/anger issues.  Not to get too deeply into it, but she was emotionally & physically abused by her 40 year Korean military Father.  He messed her up good.  I did see enough redeeming qualities in her, otherwise I wouldn't have married her.  But the thing that stood out to me originally was she was willing to get some help and work on the problems she knew she had.  That to me says a lot.  So as a good husband, I was willing to see her through it.

In hindsight I often wonder if the whole thing was a setup.  I can' say for sure.  But one thing I can assure you of is, I don't owe her anything.  Especially after she decided to just up and abandon me after all I did for her.

So.....I hear you guys loud and clear.  I was just wondering if there was any chance that she could get her 10 Green card WITHOUT my help.  Because I'm not going to do anything for her.

I'm in the process of getting my new wife into the country and just filed the i130 not too long ago.  When the letter came, I was actually excited thinking that it was further communication from USCIS.  And it was addressed Y Stevenson.  I opened it too quickly thinking that I saw J. Stevenson instead.  My mistake.  So that's how I ended up opening the letter.

But what's strange is.....wouldn't you think that she would have wanted to at least figured out a way to stay in the country and given at least USCIS her forwarded address?  It almost seems as if she's given up on doing anything with trying to stay in the country legally.  I mean, if I were her....I would be doing anything I could to try to take advantage of what I started for her.

I dunno.  Seems strange.  But anyways, I'm taping the letter back up and sending another letter with it to explain that our divorce was final in Sept of 2012 along with a copy of the divorce decree.  Obviously I've never done this immigration thing before, which is why we paid someone to handle it for us originally.

Anything else I should include before sending this thing back to USCIS?

Thanks again fellas.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionI-751 May 2013 Filers

I haven't but I'm planning on doing it tomorrow.  My original RFE deadline is Nov 7 and I know very rarely that USCIS will "lose" someone's file and I hope that it didn't happen to me.  I don't want to have to wait after the 60-day wait period is up and find out that someone somehow misplaced some important documents LOL.

If they are going to tell me I have to wait 60 days then at least let them tell me so - the wait is killing me!

I saw someone on visa journey case still pending since 2010 or 20111 tht why I was so worry it might happen to me. That person still waiting for approval the other guy was told his file was misplace or lost and have to send in package or RFE again if I remember correctly

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionI-751 May 2013 Filers

I've been asking myself that question (and no answer LOL) everyday.  I'm one of the earliest April filers to respond to my RFE and to this day I have yet to hear back from USCIS - going on 5 weeks now!  And yet, the few April filers that submitted the RFE response a week or so after me have heard back within 14 days, some even got their card already.

It doesn't feel good to know that many non-RFE applicants after me are getting there approvals left and right and I'm still waiting...hate to be "that" applicant who has to hound down the IOs after the wait period is over...oh well.

Congrats btw :)

Thanks Victorian ,I feel you some news is better then no news did you call Uscis to see if they did not loss your file ? It is so nerve wracking i know .
