IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	still waiting for interview date	Everything was going so smooth. We got our NOA2 in February. NVC sent us emails letting us know our case was completed on june 17th and they would send another email to let us know when the interview will be. And if I'm currently over guidelines in 2013 why does 2012 matter? When we got married in October 2012, the most current year was 2011. But at the time of her interview, 2012 was the most current.. Im so confused lol. Needless to say, 2009-2011 doesnt matter. Current 2013 income doesnt matter. It seems to be the most recent tax income statement at the time of the interview is what does matter. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	desperate...3+ years good income and denied at interview	Well a bit of advice, I came over the poverty line 2009 -2011 but not in 2012. 2013 I sent them pay stubs showing I have a good paying job now. Nvc says we're ok but the interviewing officer says no. So now we're stuck sending in the co-sponsor i864 and waitingfor another interview date. The advice is, get a co-sponsor and save some time. But her interview was yesterday and I had to send her my most current, which was 2012. I missed over 4 minths of work in 2012 and missed the poverty line by a few thousand. Its very much appreciated! Ok, I emailed my wife my dads completed I-864, the last 3 years tax returns and a copy of his birth certificate. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	desperate...3+ years good income and denied at interview	I sent my i864 and it was approved by the nvc because I was over the guidelines. . Then I sent my 2013 taxes to my wife for her interview, I knew it wasn't good enough because of a knee surgery and a 2 month trip for a visit. I missed four months of work in 2012. Sooo, I sent my 2013 pay stubs which are well over guidelines. And still she didn't receive her visa. What now? Co-sponsor? And how do I go about doing that, how much longer will it take? I know its been talked about here on vj, but will someone tell me that its ok to send our original marriage certificate and my wife's original birth certificate to the NVC. I do not have original certified copies. They are the original and I'm beyond scared to put these in the mail. It took 3 weeks for me to get these items from my wife through the mail and I really don't want to send them back and get copies and blah blah blah, you get it. thanks for reading guys, this site is amazing.
