K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	K-3 Visa question	For me I applied EAD first so i can work I have a 2 yrs visa and multiple re-entry I will do my AOS after our 2nd wedding year anniversary. I got my EAD approved 107 days since i applied. I do not care if the price is getting high this year but I will wait till our second year anniversary.
