IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I-130	That is okay, my husband sent ours there too National Benefits Center (NBC) got it.   It is unlikely you will be Texas Service Center with I130, you might want to check the first three letters of your case number and adjust your profile accordingly (MSC is actually NBC now, they just kept the old code).   We still did not receive our NOA1 in the mail. Upon checking the website, we saw June 24th as the day they received it (same day USPS delievered it). I expect yours should be right next to ours. If you would not mind creating a timeline, please create one and fill it up with correct information. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA 2 received... sort of	Hubby received email from USCiS that they had sent notice that petition had been approved and he would get letter in the mail with instructions. I find it interesting that this email came 1 day after he spoke to a Tier 2 that said that a request had been made last week to send it to a local field office. If yes, who signs it? no DS261 is  online so just fill up that and  send  yes its showing complete with conformation number and date of Feb 5th,    What is a supervisor review.? i call NVC and ask the rep for supervisor?  and speak to him  or just ask them for a review later on.    please let me know  since its still 10.15pm and i can call.
