Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	questions about 'evidence'	hi, by the end of December my 90 day period will begin to countdown for me to apply to remove conditions.... however, my Husband and i do not have a whole lot of mingled accounts except the lease to the house we are renting. We have separate bank accounts because we have different needs in what type of accounts and fees have these days. We do not file our taxes together because my husband has has child support issues and was somehow mixed up in a weird tax refund issue. we do not have any utility bills together, we just decided that he'd transfer the gas and cable bill etc over to our new address and i'd open the electric and water bill in my name. will this be a possible problem? do the affidavits have to be from people who didn't do them for us when i changed my status? does anybody have a quick list to send me to make sure i get everything sent off? thank you in advance!
