US Citizenship General DiscussionHow Long for Naturalization?

Rich&Martina-You're welcome. Glad to able to help. I have no idea about not having a middle name (lol...as I have one)....But let me ask you this: What did you do for previous applications with the USCIS? Did you leave it blank or write N/A there? And were they ok with that? What did your green card say? If I were you, I would write, "None" instead of "N/A", as a quick glance at "N/A" could be mistaken as "NIA" if written and/or read incorrectly...lol....(with the USCIS..who knows....). The important thing here, is that you make sure that all the name fields are correct here, as that will be on the naturalization for the rest of your life, and it will cost more time and money to get it corrected and replaced later on. Hope this helps too. Good luck.

The section in the application says if applicable under middle name therfore i thought to write N/A or just to leave it blank. It's been a while since we last filled out any applications so I forgot what i put in that section. I will try to ask the person who helped me last time. Otherwise, I will just leave it blank since that shouln't confuse anyone. Thanks again!

Thanks for all of the feedback and help. I have one more application question. Since my wife does not have a middle name, do I leave that section blank on the application or enter N/A?

US Citizenship General DiscussionHow Long for Naturalization?
It's been a while since I have last been on this site and it's always been a great source of information and help. Me and my wife have been married for over five years and more than enough time has passed for her to apply for citizenship. My question is if anyone knows how long this process from start to finish is?
