Recorrí los documentos a mi amigo en Pennsylvania y ella les mandé de vuelta. Le pedí que firmar la certificación de traducción antes de volar hacia abajo para la entrevista. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 I-130 Filers	Actually, there was a jurisdiction method to whether your case went to CSC, VSC, etc. They list the states where each lockbox/service center has jurisdiction, but that's irrelevant nowadays. Since August 15th, 2012, ALL petitions are sent to NBC, where they usually sit for about two months before getting shipped out to their local offices according to the address listed on the I-130.
