Canada	evidence of fiance relationship	Hello, I have my interview in Vancouver October 4th. So thankful to be at this point. The Appointment Confirmation email says I need evidence of fiance relationship. Can you please share what you included for this? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 November here we go	Hi I am also in going to file I-751 in Nov. I have few questions:   1. is it required to have affidavits? 2. Can i include my son in my wife's application as dependent regardless of age? both came to us at same time.    Afidavid i guess yes. I read it in the uscis instruction for removal of condition ... thats just what i think ... about the second hope some one can help    Cover letters are way over rated.  I have filed 4 separate petitions and never use a cover letter for anything........    My wife and I just filed her  I-751.    Provided copy of her green card front and back, joint deed on house, joint car insurance, joint home insurance, joint back account, etc....... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	cfo sticker at the MANILA airport?? can i be sure i can get?	hello guys... i got my visa approved last Nov 16 and will fly to UTAH on DEC 21.. while i was waiting for my interview after my medical i took the cfo seminar and that time i dont have my visa yet.. so they gave me my certificate but i dont have sticker yet since i dont have my visa... they instructed me that i can get my sticker in Manila airport if i am in a hurry to fly.. my concern is.. is this really reliable that i can get my cfo sticker at airport? i will be coming from bacolod city direct to US and it will be convenient for me if i just get my sticker at airport.. any experience with this? please share.. All the 15 most recent approvals of fiance Visas from CSC are with in a week. Beats not seeing anything for over a month. Hang in there the process and distace takes a toll on relationships. This know from expirence. Its hard to sit at home alone on the weekends and watch all your friends going out to enjoy with there BF, GF or spouse but I know the best is on the way for me so I wait. I am taking advice from other posts and going to schedule another trip to the Philippines. At least this is a timeline I can control LOL and It beats waiting for USCIS to approve. Besides it will be a good time to break my new addictions-VJ (Igor’s list) and USCIS (case status). I used to check the sites everyday to see if I was approved now I Check a few time a day and would be happy just to see anybody in the end of May, June or ??? with approvals! You have made it this far in the process and you are going to give up now???? If I could be in your position in the process I would not let the lack of employment or lack of money stop me. You need to dig in and finish what you started or you may regret this decision for a long time. If you cant find a job then make your own. Electronic equipment is less expensive in the us also. You have to evaluate if it is worth bringing and using a converter or just to puchase new when you arrive. I did some reading on old VS post and the way to solve the problem is to create a new account with a new email address. I did this and it is working all is good again. All the aprovals and I cant even check mine :-( to see if touched. This should be important to our state representatives since we are in the middle of some major immigration issues in Arizona. I'm new to this site and I'm not really sure if I'm posting this in the right place but I'm planning on hiring a lawyer but I'm not sure if the price us right. He's charging me 1500 to get the K1 visa started is this a good price. Also he helped my friend and her husband get his citizenship and I've also read up on him and the work he's done. So I know he's a good lawyer. My other question is about the petition. I've been reading that peoples petitions get approved then the interview will bet set up. The calling cards are good but they will not show proof that the calls were made to him. I use uniontelecard.com but there are many out there. Even your mobile phone company may have cheap service to call Mexico and then the calls are documented when the time comes. If you have a child together that is great proof and maybe you can show receipts of things your SO has bought for your child also. cards and letters, pictures and airline boarding passes. The main thing right now is the proof that you both have been at the same place at the same time together at least once in the past 2 years from the date you filed. Also has he ever been to the USA? If he has entered the USA without inspection at any time you might want to consult a lawyer before filing because he could has a ban placed against him for a period of time before he can enter again. Yes I'm a USC so is my son. Me and my fiance have been together almost 7 years and the last 3 he's been in Mexico. I'm also using a lawyer. At this point I know it can get pricey but I think its for the best. I have thousands of pictures of us I have western union receipts. Did they pull him over and run his name to find out he was here illegally? drving on suspended license was why they arrested him. We live in arizona by the way so no need to be doing anythoing to get pulled over here. he never had a visa his parents brought him here in 1997. What kind of visa was he using then?
