I just contacted my lawyer she said this time under the immigration law they can't put us under AP again the second round and said if they were going to deny they wouldn't waste there time asking for documents and reinterviewing.. I hope we do get the visa inshAllah! We started the case back in 2011 it's been way to long (2 half years). InshAllah we all get through this process and recieve our visas! After 1 year and 21 days of AP we finally and just recieve an email from the embassy requesting of an updated medical exam and form DS-230. They also said they will contact us for re-interview. They mist know what they're talking about because rules do change. Do your medical as soon as possible cause they will make u wait specially because the holidays. We were asled for medical. passport, and form DS230 2 weeks ago we did the medical 2 days after and that day we got a call to come in for re-interview on Sunday. Sunday everything went well my fiances passport was taken and visa was issued 2 days after now hes just gonna go pick it up tomorrow inshAllah.. so if they asked for that they probably wanna issue it soon iA!	khal&fai	Not Telling	Afghanistan	2013-12-14 01:48:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	CEAC's getting updated every two day	Hi, Same thing happened to my case 2 weeks ago. It would get updated once a month that too if I emailed the Embassy and asked them to update it but 2 weeks ago it got updated 4 days in a row after a year without me emailing them. So, I emailed them inquiring about my case 2 weeks later finally they responded couple days ago requesting for a updated medical and re-interview. So yes i would say its a good sign????
