US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Information Packet	This question has probably been answered before but I cant find it. Is it possible to complete the consulate information packet even before the NOA2 is done and forwarded to the consulate? We are wanting to get her physical, and police check, and pay the fees now so when they do get the visa packet at the consulate we can just call right away and schedule the interview rather than waiting until after the packet is finished and then calling to schedule the interview.
