Middle East and North AfricaMENA TUESDAY! Ahhhhh!
hello everyone!
Let me start by saying a big thank u to Tammy for being a so kind from the start....what i nice change of pace from what i have become accustomed to as "the norm" these days....i have a feeling that she is just one good representative of a host of wonderful people here that i look forward to meeting here.
I am just beginning my journey through the wonderful world of visa bliss....and i have to say , i am not looking forward to it! But it is something we have been preparing for for a few months now and i think we are ready to conquer it.smile.gif We have been lucky to see each other as often as we do I recently returned from a wonderful visit with him....we went to istanbul. It was so nice! But of course the parting is always hard. I feel so blessed that we are able to spend the time together, though, and plan to vacation with him again in October. There have already been so many obstacles...but we always seem to overcome. The hardest part is worrying about his safety and the family....and of course dealing with the ever increasing glares and upturned noses whenever the subject of his nationality comes up. I am beginning to wonder if i was adopted! LOL But I have the honor of knowing and loving a wonderful person and, inshaallah, will have a lifetime of wonderful memories with my man once this is all done. I will say since i was asked that i have 2 wonderful daughters from a previous marriage...they really like him and he is so good to them. I must say that it feels a little alien to me to be able to sit here and tell you all my story without fear of criticism. ( god knows i needed this) ....am i am greatful to god that he has put us all here to help each other.

I am looking forward to meeting u all and hope u have a blessed night!
