Checked with NVC and entered the receipt number given by USCIS at the automated system guess what no record!!!! ....Does this mean that the case wasn't transferred from USCIS yet? Oh my god! We have been through a lot already waiting for the petition to be approved and this is all we get???? (We have been denied then filed for an appeal waited for 7months to be approved)It's been more than 2weeks that we haven't received notice from NVC....This is really very frustrating! Philippines	Still waiting for our appeal I290B	Yes we did meet prior of application. Fiance visited me March 2008 and filed the K1 visa July 2008. Got an RFE January 2008 and was denied by USCIS February 2008. Fiance resubmitted more detailed dated pictures of us together and with my family; boarding pass of our island trip; hotel receipts; passport and phone record he made from the hotel to inform me he arrived highlighting our names and dates. Philippines	Still waiting for our appeal I290B	Hi everyone! Our application I-129F was denied by USCIS failed to established evidence the 2 of us have met within 2years. Fiance filed an appeal and resubmitted revised documents, additional evidence with fee end of February. We were advised that there's no timeline whether we will wait 6-9months for a decision. Hope and pray that we will look forward for a positive outcome.....It's just so frustrating and painful to wait for almost a year...wondering if this will be approval or denial.... My fiance usually purchase an asian international calling card but the quality is not good because phone connection is bad...either I cannot hear him nor he cannot hear me clearly, a lot of static on the line.... I use Globe tipid card and it's cheaper and more clear.....We are now enjoying the use of chikka messenger....Text messaging from PC to cellphone....additional way of communication for a long distance relationship....
