K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April Filers - NVC to Interview	YAAAYY!! I have finally graduated to the big kids thread ... i called today to check on my case status (since it still says pending online).. and it was APPROVED!! NOA2 finally!! I asked her how long it would take to get to NVC, and she said that they wait and send them in batches... so either this week or next week they will have it... *keeping my fingers crossed* hey guys!!! Actually we are put in RFE but when my fiance called last Monday Aug. 13, 2007. He complained about our RFE because all the papers & requirements that we submitted are all RIGHT and an Angel Mrs. Le found our papers and she called back my fiance telling that she checked the paper and that she found out that every thing is well...She said we are APPROVED and maybe we will have NOA2 notice soon and that they will send it to NVC this week or next week.. I felt the same way too before..scared, happy, nervous, excited in short mixed emotions...On the day i left, my family and relatives cried and I was crying on the plane all the way to Manila...I have 6hrs waiting for my international flight so I decided to stay at my Uncle's house in Manila. When I was in bed and try to sleep but I can't sleep and I started crying and it came to the point that I want to go back to Cebu and I texted my fiance telling him that I can't sleep, I'm crying and want to go back to Cebu. My fiance said honey I'm sorry...I didn't even recognize that he was unhappy reading my message saying I want to go back home..but then I still continue to my trip...When the trip started I never cry again until I saw my honey waiting me at the aiport, I didn't cry at all..the feelings changed all the pain and sadness gone when I saw my honey....Its my first time celebrating Christmas away from family and first time with my honey and it was fine Congratulations and God Bless with your journey!!!	jessel chris	Not Telling	Philippines	2007-12-29 11:11:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	APRIL Filers!!	I got a text from my fiancé telling me to come online before I go to work this morning. I came on and it sucks because internet connection was real bad, I suddenly disconnected. Luckily, 10 minutes before I go to work I was connected. My fiancé worries me because he tells me bad news about CSC but he was kinda joking. Actually, he called CSC this afternoon and thank God an Angel named Mrs. Le was real nice. My fiancé complained about the RFE letter and he let Mrs. Le check our papers again because as far as we know we don’t sent any papers that are foreign and we sent it all right and gladly Mrs. Le called back and telling my fiancé that she found our papers and telling us the good news that she will tell the head officer that there’s nothing wrong with our papers and she said we are APPROVED!!!!! OK so now you and jessel should call asap and see if you can find out what they need and get it together asap. Make sure you ask if it is allowed for you to send in the info before the RFE hard copy arrives that way you can get a jump start on it and it may only delay you a short while. Find out everything there is to know about it if you can over the phone. I know it must suck to wait so long to now just get an RFE but as long as you send in the information they need then you should been right as rain. I would, once you find out the info they need, send it overnight asap. please keep us informed about your progress. we are all here for you and jessel until you get your NOA2's hehehe. once you find out what info you need to give let us know if its something you want to share. maybe someone here can help in in explaining why they need what they need and help you make sure you send everything you need to send. I wouldn't think its a denial coz you said its an RFE. that's two different things. so try not to worry as much and i'm sure you'll get an approval quick once you send in what they're asking for. don't let your hopes up. Kits, I'm sure you're up next! You should try calling soon if you don't receive any email from them as that's what happened to me! Upto now, my case online hasn't been updated yet so they probably forgot about it...!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	APRIL Filers!!	If I did my search correctly then 101/139 April filers have been approved. I want to give a big congrats to all those who have been approved so far. To those of you who have not try and keep your faith up. USCIS has not forgotten you. Think of it this way. We have all formed a line at the ticket booth waiting for Def leopard/White Snake tickets(since they are whats hip now right?.) HAHAHAHHA Unfortunately there wil always be someone who gets their tickets last. It's a longer and more frustrating wait for that person, but in the end everyone in that line will be jammin' to the music come nightfall. Kits_24_faith, unfortunately, you are one of the last in the line apparently, but that's it. They havnet forgotten you. It is frustrating and nothing but a NOA2 can take that frustration away from and you may have to still wait another week maybe longer if there is an RFE(not trying to further discourage only trying to be realistic), but don't lose the faith since your NOA2 is coming and sooner now than later. Your just at the back of the line thats all, there are only 38 out of 139 left in that line so your time is soon approaching, and you will be rocking out with the rest of us including you Jessel and Chris. On August 7, 2007, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the information and/or evidence requested, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something further from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. I have read that some people have called using the RFE trick. well this time for you its not a trick but the legitimate use of this option. Anyway. call the CSC using the RFE option and see if you can get the info on what additional evidence they need from you so you can start getting it ready if they will tell you that is. Also ask if you can send in that evidence before you get your physical RFE in the mail. Let us know what they say. This will delay your NOA2 but shouldn't be a terrible delay as long as you have and do send in the requested evidence ASAP. WE ARE APPROVED!!!!! *mixed emotions* Still in shock right now as my fiancé just informed me that he received the approval letter today. I didn't receive any email or status update. I kept checking for the past days after the touches but nothing! arghhh but whew!!!! after almost 120 days of waiting, it's here!!! So to all the april filers getting touched and still waiting, the approval is just a matter of days now! Keep the faith alive!!!! Congrats to everyone else to got approved! Blues Fairy, yay!!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	APRIL Filers!!	needless to say my text didn't go over well because " i should be sleeping at this hour" hehe oh well. 3+ months of nothing and then a touch... that will get you excited! Will somebody please tell me what is a touch? Is it an email notification? Does it show up on the USCIS site as something other than the message "Case Received and Pending" I've seen for months now? I logged in and on my Portfolio page under the "Last Updated" column is 8/3/07. It was a different date last week. Does that mean I got a touch?? I've asked before what being touched means but didn't get an answer. Will somebody educate me? Thank you to all you wonderful people who've been willing to share your stories and help me not feel so alone. My NOA1 date is April 9th and I keep thinking every day the NOA2 will arrive, but nothing yet. Best of luck to everyone this week! Hi there!
