Hi everybody, I have a small question...I married an US citizen,but because of overstay I couldnt adjust my status,so I went back to my country...The only thing they asked me to fille was I601,withoutI-212...So I got my visa,came back and got my 10years GC...now im ready to fille for naturalization,but my family lawyer told me I have a deportation order on my name.they were issued before I went back to my country,but I never knew ab those. I am so anxious because a month after he left our daughter was born! It would be great if he could be here for her first birthday! Is the processing times listed on the USCIS website accurate? Our application was sent to Vermont. My lawyer said they should not request additional information to show hardship because it was obvious.... Well,the probl are that he didn't wrote self empl for last year(and he wrote the employee from previous years )and also our tax return dont match the adress from the lease .:(only for one year!we've been married from 2006... I'm hoping they will not check each paper in particular ,and it will be an easy interview ...thk u for the answers Or you can decide to withdraw your case all together! that means you are going to forfeit your payments. OTOH, this is considered a business, YOUR business - so if your business paperwork is in order with the county and state, you should be fine when the IO asks for your 'business papers' . yes,ill print the page for the online store and ill show it if they will ask...I was just trying to make sure Its gonna be fine!
