K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	MARRIAGE FRAUD	You should contact the INS in your local city. My man let me tell you this because I had a friend in Washington State with the same problems that you are facing right now. The Russian woman he brought to this country also wanted a Free Meal. You say that she is complaining about why you do not have a new car and/or a big house? Ask her what the hell did she have in Russia. You need to call the INS ASAP and tell them that she has committed a "Green Card Marriage" that way they can ship her "pigeon toed, humped backed stank ###" back to the USSR and she will have to wait at least 10 years before she can come back. It's no shame in admitting this was a mistake and that the Biotch was foul. Just kick her back to the long lines of waiting for day old bread and borst. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	AND IT'S I-130 TO THE FINISH LINE	I-130 APPROVAL Hello All While paitently awaiting the I-129F to get feedback the INS has cut us some slack and APPROVED the Blessed I-130 . It's 3:00 a.m. where my Queen is but this type of information could not wait until tomorrow she is very happy and that makes me even more estatic. So now it's off to the races since I can now see the Finish Line. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	K-3's Jan 31st to Feb 4th	Hey All It seems as though all the K-3 I-129F's with the date of Jan 30th or earlier have left the building with their NOA2 in hand so that now leaves the K3's from Jan 31st thru Feb 4th to grab the brass ring affectionately known as NOA2. Are there any K3's out there with the date of Jan 30th or Earlier that has not gotten their NOA2? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Processing Date Change	Hey All I called the INS today and believe it or not After several months of attitudes. I called around 10 minutes before they stop taking calls and I finally got a decent Ins Agent on the phone this time. I informed him that I had gotten my I-130 approved before my I-129F. After giving him my receipt number (That is dated the 31st of Jan and by the way is till invisible) He went to another computer and to see what's really going on and he informed me that they have already processed mine but as you know they will not give any info on approval status (although it has to be because the I-130 was approved). But what he did tell me was that they are processing cases with the date of FEB 5th. I confirmed, re-confirmed and Three-confirmed of his assurance of Feb. 5th processing date, he was getting a bit irritated but he did confirm all three times. I asked why hadn't the processing date changed and he stated that they just hadn't gotten to it as of yet But he did confirm the Feb 5th date so to all who has I-129F with that date or earlier you should see some sort of action this week (GOD willing)............... K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F vs I-130	Hello guys I feel your pain. My receipt date is Feb 2, and last time it was touched was Feb 15th. My baby girl was born March 12th and I can't be without her anymore. This is driving me nuts. The funny thing is that my daughter already has her US passport, we are waiting to hear from USCIS about my wife's case Hope all ends well for all of us pretty soon. I got my I-130 approved but my I-129F is still out there in limbo and it's the I-129F that I want to go with Why do you choose I-129F over I-130?? It seems to be the case lately, my guess is - you have to file i-129f for K1 and K3 visa's, and i-130 only for relatives, perhaps fewer people get married first, but in reality immidiate relatives get priority over others (like fiancees). I am looking at the process of my paperwork, and I think I wil be in the same boat you are, my I-130 is moving faster than I-129F process. Let me know what you decide and why.... I am sure I will be in the same position you are later on and very interested ) Sorry I could not give you an advice- good luck with the decision! I have to chose the I-129F because we did not file an I-130 for the child Wayne, I'm in the same boat. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	USCIS Blarney	Hello Again To all K-1's and K-3's who have not received your NOA2 or who can't see your case online and have contacted USCIS about it. Don't let them (uscis) discourage by telling you that you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your case to be processed. Example I contacted them on Tuesday (yes just 2 days ago) and they told me that not only was my case not processing but it was still pending and for me to contact them on May 19th. Our reciept date for the I 129f is Feb.9/06. I thought this was to be away to reunite in a matter of weeks and not months and months. I am very sad , and getting ready to head back to Canada after a wonderful Easter with my husband. I see approvals going faster from people for different countries. You would think a Canadian wouldn't be a problem.... K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	We can't get info on our case online	When you can't find anything out online and it does not take the rcpt # does this mean it is a problem,or is it near a decision.USCIS SAYS IT WAS NOT ANY PROBLEMS BUT THEY GAVE ME TO AN OFFICER.Please advise on our situation No. When you can't see your case online it's because the uscis figure that since the processing times are speeding up then your case may or may not come online. I'm so excited and happy that one phase is ending and now we can move on to the wait for the next phase. I'd like to thank each and everyone of you for your continued support. However, I understand your frustration. I went thru that too and it is not fun. Good Luck to Everyone yeah mine got approved my I-130 but it will take much longer sending and recieving papers from NVC so I and my husband was hopping to get I-129F approved since it will get done sooner once it's approved we really don't care what kind of Visa I get but we wanna be TOGETHER.. Good luck to every one and Thank you I love this website it's really helpful Salwapasserby I too went through the frustration of watch the processing date change but the K-3 date stood still As well as having the I-130 approve befoe the I-129F. From the information I could gather from a confidant at one of the processing centers the reasons for the decline in the swift processing of the I-129F has to now do with this illegal immigration #######. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Touchy Aren't They	Because I have no life and I spend way too much time on this computer and I am obsessive and compulsive and I just kept trying. I was able to get in a couple of times this afternoon and when I did I had been touched on the I-130. Nothing has changed on the I-129. Now I just get the error message again. hA HA HA What state are you going to live in once your spouse arrives?? Well, I am the mother-in-law. My husband and I (married for 35 years) and our 2 sons reside in Southern California. Our daughter-in-law will live here at least for the immediate future after she arrives. We are all (including our other son's friend) meeting our daughter-in-law in Costa Rica this Sunday for a family holiday reunion. Costa Rica is one of the places that we have found that she can go without a visa or having to travel through US air space for a holiday. Although our son has traveled to Brazil to see her several times, our family has not been altogether for 27 months. Therefore, we are all quite looking forward to seeing her and spending time together. We are so thankful that we have the approved I-129 and I-130 petitions and hopeful that the interview notice for appointment in Rio is just around the corner. Just think Next Easter we will be with our "Snuggle Bunnies". I went online today and noticed that our I-129F was "Updtaed" today. I know that the federal government does not work on the week let alone a holiday weekend so can anyone please explain to me what is usually the process being conducted when you see that your case was "Updated" Snuggle Bunnies???? Wayne, when I read this post I went on line to check mine....since we were approved within hours.....guess what? Our case was also updated on 16 April. Maybe I will stop logging on to the USCIS and just wait for your posts to see if anything is happening. B) Ours also was updated on 16 April. Busy bunnies. I will be calling the NVC to make sure they have received ours on Friday. A week should be good enough time eh ????
