She printedout the letter stating her date for interview. she just walked into stlukes no appointment date she did it 6 days before her interview? 6 days before the interview is good. if she brought the following on her medical day, everything should be okay: Passport Interview Appointment Letter Medical Fee - 10,500 Php approx. 4pcs 2x2 pictures - white background It takes 2 days. On the 2nd day, upon showing the receipt to the guard - he would either stamp it with "Immunization" or "Sputum---something" .. If "Immnunization" then she passed, if "Sputum" - unfortunately, that will be a 2-month delay and St. Lukes will take care of informing the embassy about it. Yes K1 applicants will not have a medical appointment date, just walk-in only. She'll need the USEM interview confirmation; we received it by email only. We provided the petitioner and beneficiary emails when scheduling the interview. Also there was a letter (this used to be a packet) from USEM delivered by Air21 - this is not the letter needed for entry to St Luke's or the Embassy. Good luck. Some folks say to use blue ink for signatures because it will stand out more and not potentially look photocopied (as B/W only photocopy). Some say blue is no good as some photocopiers don't copy certain blue inks well. It is one of the things that's up to you. Vote: black. Philippines	Mail Service to the Philippines	FedEx is the way. Check for Air21 - that is the FedEx contractor. It is reliable service. Portland Oregon to Davao City took 4 days door to door, 6.3lbs $150. FedEx Malaybalay Bukidnon to Portland took 5 days, about 1 lb $60. Have used USPS for a package to Davao City (16 lbs $110 3 weeks) without problem but another package (3 lbs $30 Never) Philippine Post Office Maramag Bukidnon to Portland, never made it to USA.
