But we need the Receipt Date on your NOA letter for the list.I asked that date I checked your VJ Timeline and it says you sent on 11/10 and USCIS received on 11/12. Then you need to change that date for this list too! For this list, "Date of I-751" = "sent date" oopsie!!! sorry abt the confusion, i guess i have to update you on the dates then... Philippines	guess what? i passed my medical!!	first off, thanks to everyone who gave me advice when i was soooo confused of going or not going for my medical yet... what i did was, i faced my fear and went to see a pulmonologist and it turned out that what i have is allergic rhinitis w/ post nasal drop syndrome and that i had no tb as i feared!!! i was like so happy to hear the news. when i told my husby about it, he was so relieved and he told me to leave for manila right away and so i did. i had my medical last oct 29 & 30. the procedures took only a few minutes, it's the waiting that ate most of my time. but it didn't matter, really! everybody was nice, from the doctors to the nurses, to the medtechs, radtechs, the guards and the people at the reception area. thank god! first day, i went there at 9:00 and finished at 4:30. 1. xray - 10 minutes waiting 2. height and weight - 30 minutes waiting 3. vital signs - 1.5 hours waiting 4. HIV & Pregnancy tests - 10 minutes waiting 5. physical exam - 2 hours waiting 6. immunization interview - 3 hours waiting second day, i went back at 1:30 and finished at 7:30 in the evening. 1. immunization - 4.5 hours waiting 2. document release - 1.5 hours waiting i am usually a very impatient person, but i was surprised at how patient i was for those two days. y'know why?? i was telling God that it didn't matter that i had to wait for a very loooooong time, just as long as i passed i won't complain!! and thank heavens, i did!!! by the way, one of the employees is my classmate from college, but i didn't ask for help from him... he was soooo busy with all the people coming and going so i just sat there and and just waited for my name to be called. i just approached him when i was at the last stage of my medical exam waiting for the release of the results and there he offered to follow up on my documents... it could have been a lot easier for me if i approached him right at the first day. hehe! but then again, it's all fine. i passed. period! i'm sorry to have bugged you all. but my deepest gratitude for all your advice, every bit of it helped me a lot! my advice now for all those who will be going for medical soon, don't let your paranoia rule you. just place all your fears and worries to Gods hands. Philippines	passed the interview	i had my interview at USEM last friday, Nov. 21 and I PASSED! i was there at exactly 5am when the guards were already calling in the applicants for the 6:30 interview. we all lined up and showed our appointment letter to the guards and was let inside the waiting area of the embassy. the lady i sat down nexyto was all nega! she was telling me stories about how people she knew got denied! she was making me even more nervous than i already was! goodness! so i just stopped talking to her and just prayed instead... at 6:00, they already let us in. 6:18 - i got my number (6007) 6:45 - interview with the pre-screener. she just asked a few questions. -how i met my husband. -when was the last time i saw him. she made me sign the 2nd part of DS230 and then asked for our pictures. 7:20 - finger scanning and then at 8:00, the consuls started calling for interview. they called for the elderly first and then those with children with them. 8:30 - my number flashed on the screen. my interviewer was a young consul maybe in his mid 30s. he was even the first one who greeted good morning. hehe! he browsed through my files and asked questions while doing that. he asked when the last time i saw my husband, how come he hasn't gone home after that yet, what his work is, where he is based, and how old he is. he even said, i might be happy to know that my husband is not a criminal at all! haha! he looked at our pictures and said, we are a nice looking couple. i offered to show him our scrapbook and he said he is fine with the albums he has. and after that he said "yours is one of the most boring cases we have, which is a good news for you!" when he said that, my heart was already leaping with joy. but i still had to hear him say the exact words so i asked, does that mean sir, that i passed? and he said "yes" with a big smile! yay!!!! so i went out of the room and went to window 37 and the lady there gave me my appointment letter attached with is the famous pink slip! and then i went to the delbros booth to pay the delivery fee. and then i remembered that i paid for DV so i asked the lady there if i could refund the 650 i paid. she instructed me to go to the embassy pavilion and talk to MS. Anna. their record shows that the embassy didn't order for my document verification so i can actually refund my 650. she gave me a number to call. but i think i'll probably just let the 650 pass! keri na yun, i passed naman eh! hehe! meaning, WALA NA TALAGANG DV guys!!! thanks to all of you! good luck everyone!	jimcat	Male	Philippines	2008-11-24 05:22:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	confused with 2 letters recv'd from NVC	first off, i've got to mention that we are taking the long cut. we paid all our bills using money order. my husby wanted to do it "slowly but surely". (haaaaay....) he just doesn't wanna admit that he's not very savvy with technology! hehe! eniweys, here is what we are freaking about right now: my husby sent the money order for our ds230 bill last july 29 and then he received a mail on august 19 which we assumed to be the instruction packet which supposedly signals that it's the time to send the forms already. so when he had a free day off from work on the 21st, he sent the entire ds230 packet including the barcoded letter he received from NVC. and just today, my husby called USPS and learned that NVC has received our ds230 already. and then, when he checked his mailbox. he received another letter from NVC saying that they have reviewed our AOS already and are waiting for our missing ds230 documents. and attached in the letter is a barcoded sheet. my question is, which of the two letters is the REAL instruction letter? did we commit a mistake here? sending our ds230 with the wrong barcoded sheet of paper? there goes our slowly but surely slogan!!! aaaaaaaaargh!!! please, please, please help out my fellow vjers. oh my!!!! we are going bonkers here!	jimcat	Male	Philippines	2008-08-26 06:54:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	DS-230 RFE	we had an RFE with our DS230.. it was my carelessness and stupidity that did it. in the part of the form where it says to write all the places lived since 16, i miscalculated the year i turned 16. so explains the RFE. it's a good thing i took steve y jesica's advise to send a signed but blank ds230 form to my husband in case there is an RFE. It was what my husby filled-out. what we did now was to write the places i lived since my birth. i hope they won't find anything wrong with it... oh please God! i'm feeling nervous with all these.. i couldn't sleep well at night! please pray for me you guys... i need to be with my husband soon. we have been away from each other far too long... thanks!	jimcat	Male	Philippines	2008-09-12 08:32:00
