What a stress relief after getting rfe (dated april 24). I  mailed the additional documents for the rfe May 17 and approval date May 28! After six months of waiting, I got an rfe yesterday in the mail!   "The documentation submitted is insufficient because the evidences do no cover the period of the marriage in its entirety" .. They're asking me to submit evidence communal residence. I did call uscis and when i spoke to the lady on the phone she told me that they can't send me a copy/duplicate of the noa1. She advised me to make an infopass at the local uscis and talk to them about the situation. I did went to uscis last wednesday (oct. 7).. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 October 2012 filers	The NOA1 letter is called as "Extension letter for your 2 yr GC". The NOA1 letter states that "Your green card has been extended for one more year". So my question is that , "Did you ever got your NOA1 letter in mail ?" . Usually people got that letter within 1-2 week after sending the I-751 packet. I did not received it.. I thought NOA1 was also the bio letter i received.. I'm thinking it might get lost in the mail.. The immigration officer who did bio told me that i should have got it before the biometrics letter.. But i'll call 800 number tomorrow and ask about it... I had my biometrics on tuesday october 30 and the uscis employee there who did took my picture & and did the finger scanning asked me if i did received a letter for extension of my 2 yr GC. I told him that i did'nt received anything yet with the extension for my GC other than the letter for my biometrics. He told me also to call the 800 number and asked them to send one to me.. Philippines	Boracay	Cecilia and I were in Boracay last August. I booked the Monaco Suites de Boracay. This is a wonderful property that is a time-share type resort with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and water sport equipment on the property, and a private shuttle service and excellent food service. We stayed in one of the front suites with a nice outdoor deck and beautiful view of the bay. The suites come with a separate kitchen, dining room, bedroom, etc and is very quiet. This property is located about a 10 minute shuttle ride away from the main beach on the other side of the island, and if you are looking for nice accomodations, a quiet and scerene setting, this is my recommendation. I would definately stay back at the Monaco Suites again. The staff is friendly, responsive, and the peace and quiet of this property was well worth the price. I would be happy to share some pics that Cecilia and I took when we were there last August. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2009 K-1 Visa filers	hello everyone. Sorry I havent been here for a while since kind of busy the past few weeks but now im back..heheh.. My fiance "gary" went to philippines for 1 week to spend time with my family and reassure that I will be taken cared of.. Gary and i arrived in SFO airport on the 10th of April, and it was really super cold, very much different to what I used to in Philippines. Gary's parents picked us up there and i'm happy to meet my in-laws. We stayed for a night in Sacramento at his parents and the next day we drive going home to Reno. We're both very happy that we're finally in each other's arms. We will be preparing for our church wedding and planning to do it by first week or 2nd week of June. CHEERS! Thanks Leolalit and to my fellow octoberians. Next plan? uhmmm.. Gary already booked our flight few days before my interview.He's confident that i will pass..hehe.. Gary will come over here on April 4 and he will go with me to do the CFO stamp since i already did the seminar yesterday at PRISM right after my interview. The seminar starts at 10 am. Just let you fiancee bring a copy of her birth certificate and copy of your birth certificate too coz they asked that from me. Also bring few pictures ( i showed to them the scrap book pictures that i used during my interview and they asked one copy of my pics together with gary). They also asked copy of divorce paper if one of you has been married coz they asked that from the girl who had seminar too. Gary will be staying in our hometown for a few days, spend time with my family and reassure to my parents that i'm in good hands with him.hehe..Our flight to US will be on the April 11. Nothing to worry with the interview as long as your documents are complete. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2009 K-1 Visa filers	hello to all my dearest fellow octoberians.!!!I just want to thank everyone here for all your prayers. That was a very traumatic accident and I praise God for saving my life. I was admitted at the hospital march 2 and had an operation on my right face since i have 2 cuts (one cut was so deep). i almost saw what was inside ..huhuhu i was crying and i panic when i saw my face on the mirror after the accident then keep on saying to the people behind me to take me to the hospital coz the blood keeps on going out. I had also a small cut just very near to my eyes. Still thankful that it didnt hit my eyes. I have a big bruise on my right leg, i feel relieved when the doctor said that no any bone fracture on my legs after they did the x-ray. The doctor gave me general anesthesia and i was asleep during the two hour operation. It was more than 30 sutures on my right face. With regards to my interview, by God's grace im all set, prepared and ready for my flight to Manila tomorrow afternoon together with my brother. Help me pray for strength and wisdom during my interview. Thank you very much Octoberians and esp. to my ever dearest Gary for always being there for me ( he was the first person i talked with right after the accident happened). I saw your sincerity and you've prove to me my sweetie Gary that you really love me when you saw me on web cam, and that nothing change your love to me amidst of my right face situation. She went to Tacloban yesterday morning to take care of some printing of documents for the upcoming visa interview for our petition interview on March 10. From what I know from talking with her a few hours ... after Cecilia arrived in Tacloban yesterday morning, Cecilia took a motor-tricycle to her next destination... at some point the tricycle that Cecilia was riding in was rear-ended by a jeepney. Cecilia was injured and was taken to Bethany Hospital in Tacloban. She will be staying at Bethany Hospital for some medical treatment. . Thanks! Yes, it was my fiance who called the manila embassy to set appointment for my interview since i dont have post paid phone line here.. You can call them 2 weeks after you received your NVC letter so you wont spend $18 for the pin, coz that's what happened to my fiance when he called 1 week after we got the NVC letter. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2009 K-1 Visa filers	We recied our letter from NVC 22 Jan 10 and my fiancee hasn't recieved anything from the embassy in Manila. Should we be worried? hi caveman_robot!!! No need to be worried.. even me, i still didnt received anything from manila USembassy, as i know it would take long before i received anything from them coz my town is quite remote(far from manila).. You got your NVC letter 3 days ahead from ours.. My fiance called manila embassy 1 week after we received the NVC letter however, they told my fiance to call back after a week as they only received the electronic copy of our case forwarded by the NVC. Feb 8, my fiance called manila embassy and be able to set my interview on march 10. It was our preference date as it will give us time to compile/ prepare needed documents for my interview(though i already had my documents prepared last december and my fiance's documents has been sent through UPS and im waiting for it to arrive here by tomorrow). I decided also to have my medical ahead of time from my interview, and i thank God everything went well with my medical exam last feb 9& 10. You can call manila embassy and ask them if they already receive your case( i'm pretty sure it's already in their system).. You can also let your fiance have her medical as well. Anyone else an early October filer who hasn't had an approval yet? Man, this is gut-wrenching! Unfortunately, I haven't had the resources to visit my fiancee in several months, so we're missing each other like crazy. Please no RFE! Hi taiwanlover.. we got our NOA1 october 2nd but we havent get our noa2.. However, i always tell my fiancee that we will be able to get our noa2 very soon.. All of us can relate how hard it is to be so far away from your fiancee"love"... While we are waiting for the noa2, lets just spend quality time with our family.. Like my mom,she doesnt even want to look at the calendar coz her baby will leave her soon..heheh... But my mom is so happy and supportive for me as i found the love of my life . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 to INTERVIEW "HELP"	I received the NOA2 around December 4th..My Fiancee received her letter late January...we have been working diligently on the package....we have not scheduled St Lukes or her Interview yet as we are having problems getting her "Immunization Records"...She was raised in the Province...I guess my questions are: 1) What do we do if no immunization records? Still schedule St.Lukes? Or What? 2) AllI have left is Immunization Records, St Lukes Medical and schedule Interview... 3) How long does she have to get the interview from the date of the NOA2? 4) Can the time be extended from NOA2 to Interview if it takes longer? And how wopuld this be done? Help Please...sitting here today wondering the next step...with only left to St Lukes and schedule interview and what to do on immunizations..? hi jroc!!Good day!, with regards to your question, it's okay if your fiancee doesnt have her immunization records, it wouldnt be a big deal when your fiancee have her medical exam. I just had my medical last feb 9 and 10 and thank God it went well.. Have you gotten the NVC letter stating the MNL case #? If so, you can call manila embassy to set for her interview. She can have also her medical at st. lukes, just dont forget the NVC Letter stating MNL #/ noa2, 4 pcs. 2x2 pics with white background, payment for medical fee, black ballpen, valid passport.
