K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Problems	Well guys, yesterday I got the judge to waive the three day waiting period for marriage license. Now it is just the problem of finding a civil wedding on the weekend. I have a minister who said he will marry us, but I have been told that non-civil marriages do not count with USCIS? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Problems	Greetings Everyone, I have been with my fiance for about two months now, but the two months were to mainly spent on my treatments for cancer. They have it all cut out but now I must do chemo and also radiation. We are just 4 days away from the end of her 90 days.
