Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	ALL THOSE ON ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW!!!!	male from lahore i am in a very bad situation, i had my interview on 20th april 2006, my i -130 interview, my wife is a USC. at the end of the interview i was told i ll have to wait for some clearnace, just 2 fingerprints were taken off me , of both index fingers. they asked me to wait for 45 days but its been more than 100 days now , i have not heard anything from embassy, each time i call them they say its under process. i called up DOS in washington on the 50 th day and inquired they said the clearnace was done but they ve found some info on my case and it again went for a re review. the next day my wife called them to inquire and they told her tht the case is not with them call up islamabad. the following day i called up DOS again and inquired i was told the case is under review, i dont know why DOS have two different stories for wife and husband? now just a week back my wife called up USCIS to inquire and was told the case is in not with them and he cannot tell anything on the phone and she will recieve a letter from USCIS in 30-40 days , but then my wife called up DOS and inquired they had the same story tht case is not with them. could you please tell me wat to do and whom shall i contact ? plz..	ghattiya	Male	Pakistan	2006-08-06 16:11:00

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	pakistan:islambad, calling people on admin review , AR, from pakistan	been on AP/AR for over 4 MONTHS NOW!!! 129 days toal so far since we've been on AP/AR. i call DOS 4 times a week, every week, and get the same response 'your husband is still undergoing security checks, there is no more background information we can give at this time' #######!! i ask them the following questions every time: - what is the status of case? - has the cable been sent to embassy? - what/how many security checks are pending? - which checks has he passed? - i am his wife, why can't you look at you other screens and look for useful info to give me? i've spoken to all the different operators, barbara, rose, etc and they all give me the same info: i don't know...... i can't give you that information........we don't have that information now.... are there any other questions i can ask? have you all been getting the same responses from DOS when you call up and ask about your cases? can DOS tell me what check my husband is on (ie check #1 2 3 or 4)??? please help molly!! lol sorry to hear ur story mrs. molly , yea i get the sam response as u , and they do not tell much more than tht , just its still fukin pending. but yeah once i was told tht my clearance was completed on 6 th june 2k6, but neva told me wat sort of clearance. ok the clearnce was done but sum new names popped up so it again went for sec clearance..i called em again same day a lady sed summin same but diff , it was the clearnce was dun but they ve found sum new info on my case and it again went for review........... #######. i guess they cant tell u info more than tht like wat sort of clrnce etc. cons ur time line shows tht the interview was on 04/07 then how com its been 126 days of AR AP so far?	ghattiya	Male	Pakistan	2006-08-14 19:30:00

Regards, Immigrant Visa Unit yea but the last email rep was kinda strange it was like this: Our record indicates that this case is still undergoing additional necessary administrative processing as part of the security clearance procedure. Visa applicants affected by additional screening should expect delays before the case is concluded. It is difficult to predict the amount of time that the clearance process will take. I think it's about time to start pointing out to the world the hardcore discrimination that the USCIS is displaying. If AP/AR only took 1-2 months, it's not so bad. If it's taking too long, there's something up (aka they are trying to stop as many Muslims to come into the country as possible). IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	What exactly is administrative processing?	i had my interview on 20 th april 2k6 at us embassy islmabad, pakistan .. i was given a paper , my papssport was kept with the embassy , no figerprints were taken ,, the paper i was given at the end of the interview stated tht i m on admin processing i have attached the doc with this post , look out for it in attachments,, its 20 th feb today 2k7 after 10 months i realised wat i m on , i always thot tht ar and ap is the same bullshitt , so wat can v and not do in AP to expediate tha process and wat can v do if v r on AR :? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CR1 Case Completed, Wait for 8 weeks for further instructionss?	you heard that right once the case is completed they forward it to the corresponding embassy , but you see one thing u did not take into consideration is that they have to review for technical errors that might be in the case ... now wat i think wat they r doing ur case is tht they r reviewing it for any omissions or errors , once that is done they will forward the file to the embassy and and a new cr-1 interview will be scheduled , at this point if i were you i would have forgotten about filing i-130 and have had stuck to k-3 the non immigrant visa but lets hope for the best , my wishes for u and ur spouse good luck	ghattiya	Male	Pakistan	2007-02-19 06:57:00
