K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2009 K-1 Visa filers	We met in person last January 6, and today was our "first anniversary." Wow, was I happy to see the on-line second NOA show up, approved Jan 5. It was a great anniversary gift from USCIS!!! But I sure wish the predicted wait to final visa wasn't another 70+ days for Brazilians. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Case Specific Information Requests	Your timeline looks like mine. I129F sent express mail Oct 1 to CSC, receipt Oct 2, NOA1 October 5. Now waiting. My fiance is Brazilian female. It seems like it can take as long as 5 months for NOA2, but I've seen some that only took 3 months or even less.
