IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Proceduresbirth certificate and address
They don't ask for it on the form, but you still can send them your lady's birth certificate, it's copy at this stage is ok. But later, during her interview, she will have to bring both the original, a copy and certified translation of all the docs that are in Russian.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresQuestion about translator
I would be glad to help with certified translations for your and your lady's visa.

As far as I know, there is a risk if you translate your docs yourself, so to eliminate it the best is to have your docs translated by somebody else. It may also depend on the rules of the Embassy where your lady will go through the interview, they may vary.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresG-325A form fill out question
Hi Omar,

These refer to you and your lady. In your G-325 if you are not currently married, write none, and if you were married before write the name of your previous spouse, if you were not married before, write none again.

The same goes for the form G-325 for her when she fills it out.

These forms are created for different visas and different circumstances, so these may apply to other visas more than your case.

For example. I married my second husband Tim in the US and then had to file I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. So, in my form G-325, right where you are asking, I wrote the info of my then legal husband,Tim, and in the former - wrote the info of my former husband. (he passed away 2 years before that...)

I hope it's more clear now. content.gif
