Did you get the NOA2, i don't really understand what you're saying, if you are, that is a major movement by TSC.    YES!!! we were moved to TSC from Vermont  and today  we got our approval.        Post Decision Activity On June 13, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations. Are these all I129F   petitions?  That seems to be  so many petitions  being  transferred.     We wonder how will they  come to adjudicate them.  We are on our  6th month of waiting for NOA2.  Let's hope they will come to prioritize our papers hence we  are pretty much beyond the processing time.     Though  knowing  we are not alone in this journey,  we have very active and helpful fellows who are selfless    in giving us  updates and encouragement;make  our waiting more tolerable .     Let's  keep on our mantra:   NOA2  Approval !! Different wording  no date mentioned.   Initial Review The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We wonder where the approval would come from.If it is from our local office, do they have trained adjudicators to  do that? Did you already pay your visa fee? You need to pay that first and wait 4-5 hours to schedule appointment. Edit: nevermind I though you were trying to schedule appointment not track case. I didn't receive this and my NOA2 is from June 13. Sigh       We have the same NOA 2 date  June 13        We got  it last nite.I'm sure yours will be here today.     Post Decision Activity On July 10, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. Are they a Texas transfer????          Vivian and Warren   are really from Vermont and petition wasnt transferred to Texas. I saw someone reported theirs at NVC but no number.  We got the same message that it's up to an 8 week wait. When I spoke with DOS yesterday they said that USCIS is implementing some changes to their mailing process as of last Tuesday July 2 and that's why it's taking longer to get to NVC. Personally I think TSC is probably upset over taking on a case load from VSC...no one likes to pick up someone else's slack. These cases were transferred for "quicker processing" but they didn't tell us they were going to approve them and let them sit for a month before moving them on to the next step.  Hope they're not waiting for the first load of transferred cases to all be approved before shipping as some people's petitions may have complications that will take longer to approve. They just told me they are sent off in batches and they must not have enough to mail yet. Very frustrating! I saw today that a few couples from VSC (my original center) who are US-UK couples (like myself and fiancé) filed 2 weeks before us and they already have their interviews scheduled 13 days from now. This transfer has proved to be a huge challenge and set back for us all. I hope that this all makes us and yourselves a stronger couple in the end of it all.           As far as i know  no one from TSC   got their Case Number yet. There were  3 of us who got  NOA 2   June 13, earliest in the batch  but just like the rest of us   who got approvals  in June ,we all are still waiting for NVC  to get us the case numbers.    Recently NVC 's verbatim is 8 weeks. My fiance called up NVC last night, gave our NOA2 date  which is June 13 .The rep  just told him 8-10 weeks after June 13, that's when  they get to  put us in their system. Another 10-14 business days after that when  my fiance gets to have the hard copy of the case number from the mail. My question is  ,  WHY WILL THEY HAVE  TO TAKE THAT LONNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGG??????would the 7 months of waiting for NOA2 not enough?   we have to take another  2- 3 months just for a case number? I'm hoping we get it this week. Please message me when you get yours; I'll do the same.   Edit: I was on hold while typing this. They still don't have ours. The guy was kinda a jerk. He asked me to read him the first paragraph of the NOA2. I did and he was like it says it went to the consulate. I was like but it goes to NVC first then the consulate.
