We received our noa2 july 1st and ive been calling nvc eversince then and been told that they havent received our case...

they told me to wait 90 days!! my fiance is deploying and we cant wait 90 more days for our case to be just received!!

pls help what do we do? how long does it take normally for nvc to received it?

We received our NOA2 approval July 1st and NVC just received our case!! We had to ask help from the congressman's office.. we were very lucky the girl at the congressman's office was very helpful... we just got our case number today hopefully the consulate will get it next week!!!

We asked for help wednesday last week.. then the congressman's office asked us to send the privacy form thursday then early today we sent her the copy of the noa2... then this afternoon when we called nvc they told us they just got our case and gave us our new case number...

I didnt ask the congessman's office anymore the reason why it took more than 3 weeks to get to NVC...

Hi, I have a 2 year conditional greencard right now which has an approval date February 16, 2012.

I want to verify if I am correct in thinking that I have to submit my Removal of Conditions starting Nov 16, 2011- Feb 15, 2012?

I'm planning to submit it around December 2011. Is that a good time?

1: DO I just put $590 in one check or do i have to seperate biomentrics fee and filing fee?
2. Who do I put the check under? USCIS?

PhilippinesFiance only went to visit me once.

I met my fiance online August 2008 and He came here March 2009 and proposed. We submitted the I-129F form last May. We just got recently approved for expedite processing because he will be deploying in April 2010.


He was planning to come back here but because of his deployment he decided to just wait for me there.

I'm worried because he only went here once. Do you think could this be a problem or a reason for denial for the interview? im really worried unsure.gif

VSC will forward your papers to NVC and hopefully NVC will send your papers to USEM a week after NVC got your papers. What you need to do now is to get CENOMAR and BC at NSO, NBI, and gather all the proof of genuine relationship while waiting on your papers to arrive at USEM.

We asked helped from the congressman's office and our case was received by NVC last monday.. and on tuesday i requested expedite due to my fiance's deployment..they sent it to the consulate here in manila today smile.gif hopefully the case will be here in manila by friday smile.gif

how long are the duration of those trips?

then he said your visa is approved!
