On Monday morning, go to your local IRS tax office and request your and your spouse's tax return transcripts, you will get them on the spot and it will only take 15 to 30 mins(wait). You do not need to include any W2s. All you need to provide is joint tax returns and IRS tax transcripts what USCIS want to see so do not bother with W2, just get the transcripts.

Or you can call the IRS to order your tax transcripts and have them faxed to you if you have a fax machine near by.

Doing an early bio does not update anything online for the case. They will connect the bio to your case in due time. You have to wait.


Doing an early bio does speed things up,at least in my case. I can prove it with my case . went 2 weeks early than my schedule bio and was approved 3 days before my original scheduled bio see my signature.

Hey everyone I did my early bio today. that is a day after I received it in the mail. I went to the uscis office in Santa Ana California on main street. and the were really nice about it, It was around 2:45pm and all i waited was 7 minutes before they started taking my fingerprints. can someone please update me please

My check was cashed today. :dance: that was very fast. also I just notice that on the I-751, I typed in the house # and street and I forgot to write down the city and zip code on part 4, Information about spouse. anybody know if the whole app. will be returned? even if the check got cashed today. any feedback will be appreciated. thanks

Hello everyone just sent my I-751 yesterday July 13 :thumbs: . I live 7 miles to laguna niguel so it will get there today thursday. Can somebody add me to the list please? also it took me to about 15 hours to gather all evidence and make it into a 2inch packet. is this normal amount of hours that it takes every one from the time they gather all the information to the time they mail it?

hi im also july filers my GC expire on july 22, me and my wife dont have savings account only checking account and we also dont have a medical insurance and credit card.this the only documents we have

- renters aggrement
- car registration
- car insurance
- renter insurance
- checking account
- cellphone bill
- cable bill
- gas bill
- life insurance

what more can you suggest to have more documents
do you think because we have only a few documents,we have an interview.

If your green card expires July 22, you don't have to wait till july to file. you can do it now, you don't want to wait till the last minutes. also maybe you can find some affidavits from a a couple of people. and or plane tickets together, photos,anything that you do together.but your list looks good so far.

July 9th would be the earliest you can send it out. It's 90 days from your expiration not 3 months. July 7th is 92 days, so it's too early.

Collecting all the forms and documents to be ready after have received the NOA2, we have a question about the form I-134.
About the financial sponsor and the suffisant income, no problems..
But, we both haven't saving accounts, cash or equity or cashable assets...

We both are making enough money.. but no cash...

Is it a problem? :help:

Strange - I asked the same question quite a while ago and received no answers...
Not so long ago, the DS 2001 in France actually was no checklist, only a paper to be filled out with your name and address and you sign declaring that you are ready for the interview.
The so called Packet 3 contains this paper DS 2001, then the actual checklist*, and DS-230 part I, DS-156k and DS 157.
You have to fill form DS-156 on line.
They tell you to send back form DS-230 part I and the paper 2001 signed declaring that you have gathered all documents and are ready to be received.
To the interview you'll bring forms DS-156 (x2), DS-157, all documents listed on the checklist* which are actually the same as listed here:

and I-134 (filled by your fiance-petitioner), and chronopost envelope 1 or 2 kg, and the receipt - postal note for the visa fee paid.
