USCIS Service Centers	WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH TSC?????	OP. I understand that you are a k1 filer....that applied in August. Seriously calm your horses. I understand your frustration but don't be like that. I'm already married, and can't be with my husband for Christmas either cause of the backlog. I've been waiting since April 9th and still no noa2. I'm also jobless in gray/white, cold Germany currently living at my parents. Happy for those who got their visa even though it's not fair to those who have been waiting longer. Ich habe schon mal fünf jahre in den USA gelebt, von 13-18...alle gängigen Impfungen sollte ich haben, aber ich glaube keine grippeimpfung. Ich hab schon tausende von Dingen gelesen also brauche ich keine links zu irgendwelchen Listen, ich würde gerne wissen ob hier jemand ein medical gemacht hat, wann wo und welche Impfungen vorher gemacht werden müssten und auch nachträglich. I got one too last Saturday but we haven't received the hard copy yet, so we have wait to find out what they want. Calling them is of no use as they don't or can't give any information. It kinda sucks that they needed this long and now it's Christmas and New Years but oh well. I'm hoping that it's the passport pictures we sent in, apparently they need to be a certain size, and I don't think ours are. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USCIS Updated Processing Times 2/18/2014	So if their current processing dates are based on December figures does that mean that April 5th is more like June 5th?¿ I doubt it. Don't rely on ANY numbers too much, I did that in the beginning and always got my hopes up just to be disappointed yet again. You'll just have to wait it out like everyone else. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	Anyone who has gotten an RFE before, how long after that were you approved/denied?  And is there another outcome, like has anyone gotten a second RFE?  Just curious while I wait for the immigration gods to decide our fate I got an rfe, they received our missing (LOST) documents on January 27th, that's what it says online when I check my stat. No news so far. They say that after they receive the rfe response it takes up to 60 days until a decision is made....then comes the Nvc process....be prepared to wait some more. Good luck. HAPPY  MONDAY EVERYONE...   I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia and we are in the middle of a big snow storm.    I attemped to drive to work at 6:10 am but had to turn around. I was sliding through stops signs and I didn't even get out of my little town.   Wasn't worth an hour drive to work just to turn around and come home .    I HOPE TEXAS IS SUNNY AND CLEAR TODAY SO ALL USCIS EMPLOYEES MAKE IT TO WORK.     I have to share something funny my husband said last night.   He sneezed while we were talking and I  mentioned that my son, my cat and I have been sneezing all day.  He then said that means something good is going to happen.   He said he can feel it... our approval is coming this week.   So I agreed to be positive too.   SO this is supposed to be our week.... according to all the sneezing we were doing yesterday  !!   LOL LOL LOL LOL   ya gotta find humor somewhere.      HAPPY BIRTHDAY !! Even talked to customer service because I didn't see that they changed my destination airport while searching for the flight. Urgh, yesterday was not my day I hope everything is fine with it, it was my last savings. I know I should have gotton a miles and more or sky miles card years ago ...soon though. Did your husband need to sign the RFE form when he sent it back with the extra evidence?   We will be away from home for a while and are afraid TSC is going to hit us with some crazy RFE request while we're gone. We were looking at the possibility of having someone else send in any extra evidence if an RFE arrives. The only problem would be if they require the petitioners signature on the form. I'm not quite sure, but I doubt he had to sign it. Just make sure that what they requested is correct and signed if necessary. Sorry I can't be more helpful. My documents they wanted for the rfe took over two weeks to arrive at my husbands...now he needs to add his stuff and send it off, hope it won't take another two weeks within the country . Anyway, I took on a new job starting in May, this whole thing is taking too long, I can't continue sitting at home waiting for anything at all to happen. I guess it's another month or two till the noa2, then another two months at the Nvc plus interview etc... so I'll be stateside not my early spring as we had originally planned but early fall. If someone finds that information, they could very easily steal your identity.  I'd also send in the information again in response to the RFE at the same time. Okay will do, is it a problem if I (beneficiary) send an email? My husband is pretty busy, and not good with all this lol it depresses him, such a procrastinator, but I love him even for his flaws. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	I have no clue. They lost out marriage certificate, apparently the one working on our case is a bit "behind". In the rfe it states benificiary's birth certificate: a review of form i130 indicates that you seek to classify the beneficiary as your (child OR son OR daughter). However, a copy of the beneficiary's birth certificate was not submitted with form i130. Please submit a copy of the birth certificate of (NAME). Blah blah blah, I doubt that I need it since I'm not my husbands child but it is in the rfe so I'll just send it. It's a standard form, it doesn't say my name anywhere, and my husbands adress is wrong too even though he changed it months ago. I think tcs just sends out rfes to get more time or smth. I was expecting an rfe because I thought the photos of me might not have been the correct sizing, which was the case. Oh well, I can use the "pretty" convict-like pictures when I go the the interview....at some point. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	They want our marriage certificate, passport pictures, the biographic forms from both of us, and my (beneficiary) birth certificate, everything except the birth certificate we had already submitted with the i130, but apparently it got lost on its way to Texas. So frustrating. The pictures shouldn't be older than 6 month so I had to get new ones taken, and request an international birth certificate. I hope they will have it by mid January and maybe approve it by the end of January...Nvc will probably need two months as well...plus the interview and medical are still to come this is never ending. Why is it so hard for us?! Somebody said I should report it to ombudsman....how and what exactly, do you know? They lost half our stuff, the G-form (petitioner and beneficiary), marriage certificate, photos...so now we have to submit everything again...they also asked for a birth certificate but it states for "your son or daughter" which is weird, because I'm neither....so I don't think that's necessary. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	So now we have an RFE for one of our I-130's showing up online.  It is for my Stepson's application.  Nothing showing yet for the Wife's I-130 or the I-129f.  But maybe those will change later.   The petitions were  transferred to TSC on 11-18 the PD date is 4-22.  I think I have read on this thread that it takes 7-10 days to get the hard copy with the information on what they want?  Anyone have a feel for this? I think I know the answers just sometimes a person needs to talk about this.  So I hope don't upset anyone asking question that have been answered.  Oh you just calmed my nerves a bit, I didn't know it can take up to 10 days for the hard copy of the rfe to arrive.
