K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	unemployed last year but now working	I was unemployed last year and made only$6000 but I started working since January 2012. do I need to have a sponsor I-864 to help me satisfy the poverty guide line requirement. my income from this current job is $36000/year and I have bank statments and letter of employment showing my current employment status and my income.
