K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NEW PROCESSING TIMES	Check the National Center for the K-3's. I'm assuming that shows what they think they are processing as far as when you are allowed to complain about being outside of processing time. Anyway, the times don't show anything meaningful. The timelines on this site are much more relevant. They have posted new processing time at USIS. This time California moves backwards with K-1 visas (from May 2 to April 18 !!!). They have not posted K-3 visa in California nor in Vermont!!! What is going on?????????? Thanks! I touhgt we shoul be in VSC or CSC, depending on transfer. I gues I have got it all wrong. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	APPROVED	Hubby came home with the mail tonight and there it was the APPROVAL. I was approved on 11/14 and my online status never changed. WOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Need Help-I-797E notice of action	[ The issue is that I submitted my marriage certificate which is certified as being an international marriage certificate with translation of it on the last page. Same thing happened to us with our I-130 petition. We have also send "international marriage certificate" but it seams that one is not valid for them. They need translation in english only. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	k3 visa	It is difficult to tell. Some cases gets their aproval very fast. I have received my NOA1 two and a half months ago and still no NOA2. But I have seen some people getting them within 60 days. You can chek situation here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/ . It would be good to post your timeline there. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	k3 visa	Well it took me and my wife some time but we sent out the I-129F last week and to my knowledge I recieved the second notice it's the I-797c and well it says Chicago recieved it and does Chicago actually do the process of the forms and if so what has been the average time with them. Well I guess thats one less thing to worry about now I think you talk about you NOA1 not NOA2. Am I right???? Well to be honest with you I am not quite to sure if its the NOA1 when do you recive the NOA2? NOA1 is the first notice of action. You receive it when they frist get your case. NOA2 is second notice of action. That is the one you get when they aprove your petition. I think that you have got you NOA1 and that your petition will be forwarded to VSC or CSC. My CR1 will be in Zagreb soon, but I am taking this route first of all because of the medical and interview are in Sarajevo but I will have to ask consul what will happen with CR1. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!	Our interview date is March 29, 2007!!!!!!!! I cannot beleive it! I have finished my medical exam this morning and really nice lady from the embassy told me I can have my interview on Tuesday!!!! Embassy in Sarajevo is really fast, I guess that is because they do not have many K-visa aplicants. I am so exited!!!!!!!!! Thank you dear God, You are the greatest!!!!!!! K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	translation	Well, the point is that it should be faster then CR1/IR1. I still think you can send e-mails as proof of your relationship and I think that has to do something with new regulations. They now require proofs of relationships even for those who are married. I still cannot help you about translations. I think you can see that in the topic I have send you, it does not matter the topic is about K1. It is the same as far as translations of e-mails is what we are talking about. What does it say in instructions for K3? Our marriage certificate was international too and it contains filelds in english, but we have received RFE about it... It looks like it is all different from case to case, or schould I say that it depends on people who are working with our cases. My husband took our marriage certificate to some sort of agency and it was translated next day. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	INTERVIEW SUCCESSUFUL	It really feels great!!!!! Yeah!!! It was not difficult, consul was younger lady and she only asked me usual questions. She looked at our pictures and when I asked her would she like to see our e-mails she said that there is no need for that. It was all done in less then 5 minutes and I will pick up my passport tomorow. Thank you all for your support and I wish you all to be with your love ones soon! What was the RFE for (if you don't mind me asking)? We have sent international marriage certificat and they need only translation in english. That was strange to me. On international m.c. you can find translation to english and other languages, but they wanted english only. It starts with CDJ- I guess that means Croatia. Is there any way I can find out does CDJ really stands for Croatia? (this is kind a problem form me-in my country I cannot get immigrant visa, so I assume they will send it to Croatia) And, unfortunatlly, nothing new with K-3.... It was completed on March 14, but we have found out about it yesterday (thru automated phone message). I am not sure what to do now. I will have an interview for K-3 probably next week and I am not sure how long will I have to wait for CR-1 interview.
