K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	concerns about petition expiring	Hi every 1, im heading 2 a similar situation, my fiance(american citizen) aply 4 my fiance visa it took 4ever to hear from them the case its being taken to juarez mx.. Any ways she has recited the aproval letter to start the proces online, they told her that i shuld be reciving an invitation package 3 via mail, within 1 week its being almost 6 weeks and i havent recive or heard 1 thing last thing was that i called them they located my case and said they sent the package last 4th of may today is the 19 and im getting nervious to read this post ..i dont wanna recive an expired invitation , some where i read that if i can obtain what was sent to my fiance i could gather my self the forms from the web i culd book my interview is this true? Or i necesarely need the package they are sending? I called then ask then this but they said i need the package 4 instructions im getting frustrated some 1 can help me? Please go to http://mexico.usvisa-info.com and follow the instruction to log in and schedule both an Applicant Service Center (ASC) appointment and a Consular interview. If you do not go to the ASC prior to your interview at the consular section, your case may experience significant processing delays. Complet form DS-260 at: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and print the confirmation letter. Please do this for all applicant that will be applying for visa. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	invitation for k1	my fiance allready recived a letter from immigration among a code and case number saying our papers would be sent to Juarez and that ill recive an invitation within a week its being 3 weeks and i havent recive anything .. question does the Invitation Expires?? do i have to wait for the inviattion or just my case number its enought to start my go to the interview-- question i saw a sample of the invitation says that 2 forms are coming enclosed and that i have to sent this to the consulate among my check list im lost from this point if some body knows ill apreciate it thank u so mmuch for your help	J.Alberto	Male	Mexico	2011-04-28 22:26:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	got packet 3 from Juarez	Congratulations . . im still Dealing with this very thing .. they supost to sent my pakage like a month ago . i finaly called them , and they told me that thye have sent it since May 4th .. still until today 19 I havent heard one thing , im geting frustrated on how Patetic our Mail service is here where i live down by Quintanarro cozumel ,, the other end of the country from Juarez , i just hope my pakage isn't lost , my fiance recived her letter of aproval for me to start booking my interview, but the time i called this people they told me i need to wait for that pakage to arrive to follow instructions .. instructions are easy i wonder what exactly is in this pakage that they need me to bring that i can't obtain in the Internet , im just hoping i dont recive an expired Invitation that would sucks .. Hello is me again i have another question regarding the use of the k-1 Visa ,, i had aproved my interview Ciudad Juarez mexico and im heading to my home town now in cozumel ,,i'v heard my visa ll arrive with in 3 - 4 weeks from my interview . I have no idea how it works there, was there a doctor listed on your packet 3 instructions or on the embassy web site. Well I'm sure somebody else can tell you where the medical is done. Good luck. well thnx ...they did not mention any docter's name in the mail....i guess i will hav to again call or mail them for this....lets see.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	no interview date from the embassy	Things are done Diferently in my country, but i read alitle bit of your embassy in India.. http://www.visajourn...India&cty=Delhi You might have seen the information on the link above, but if not , notus there is a pakage 4 sent to you .. the pakage is just an evelope with a letter dont spect a REAL PAKAGE ,, this is the invitation they should sent u to let you know that your case is in your embassy . your fiance in the USA might recive it first,, there are some phone numbers in the link ,, when i was waiting and waiting , i called cuple times to those phone for my embassy and ask them about my case ,, i gave them my CASE number , they might ask you for your fiance's name bithdate,Adress,phone number, your case number and same imformation of you ,, so have it in hand, call them once and ask them if they'v recived your case , and ask them if they have sent you'r Pakage4 (invitation letter) exaplain them that you might be missin a form and ask them what should you do ,usualy you dont sent nothing until they tell you to ,, bottom line with your case number should eb enought for them to tell you to either wait ,or what happens next ,, maybe they havent recive your case yet ,, but it's until they in your embassy have your case you are ask to sent papers and forms,, in my country , we bring it all with us the day of the interview, i strongly sugest you to give them a call best regards,,Alberto Edited by J.Alberto, 03 September 2011 - 08:36 AM. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	no interview date from the embassy	Are you the Us Citizen Fiance who is aplying?? or the fiance abroad? if the pakage to the embasy was filled up properly you should have recived ,IN first place your should have recived notification that they Recived your case,,, then they will notify you when the case has being sent to the foreing american Embassy , where your fiance will be intervied,, another notification will sent , to both saying that the case , HAS ARRIVED TO TO THE FOREING AMEriCAN EMBASSY AND THAT YOU CAN VISIT THE WEBSITE to gather the forms the Foreing fiance will need,, and how to book the interview ,, if the pakage wasnt fillled up properly ,, they might notificate you that you are missing something you have to submit im just asuming this .t. but if u never heard that they recived the petition , i think u should start some how to contac them , cuz your caze could be just waiting and waiting until you act honestly this is a very delicated issiue , you should have being more carefull in this , process cuz evrything is a matter of time and money and ou could have being waiting all this time in Vain , Imigration ,have 1000's of cases and im sure priority is a thing for those aplications that are actualy complete,, good luke ,,	J.Alberto	Male	Mexico	2011-09-02 17:33:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	no interview date from the embassy	My k-1 took 10 months before we heard something from the embassy, in fact my Fiance int he USA had to make some calls to push it farther we filed in october 2010- finaly by june 2011 we got news, they sent her the notification that our case was in my enbassy in mexico ,, the Notification includes the website adress that will lead you to the whole process , in the mid time ,, work on your vacinations, papers , pictures , mails letters ,phonebills,chat historial stuff to proof your relationship ... you can book your apointment once you have your stuff ready and your US citizen fiance have recived the notification your's might never arrive, depends on your post office service, but if your fiance , Mail you or scan the one sent to hem ,, it will work too goodluke best wishes	J.Alberto	Male	Mexico	2011-09-02 10:28:00
