US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Visa Approved at U.S. Embassy, Manila but still Administrative Processing	yes its not a problem they will ask for more information in about a week or so and then they will send the passport in the mail with the I 94 in it and after that she will have to go and get her cfo where she will have to bring all kind of proof once again ok then good luck sounds like all is working out for you guys       Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. Your fiancee here in PI should pay the P10080 in a BPI bank then you need to wait 24 hours before you can schedule online or by calling the embassy. In scheduling you only need the manila case number. The packet doesnt have to arrive before scheduling. Upon payment to BPI just keep in mind your MNL case number in case they ask for it but when I paid they never asked for it. Just in case thank you so much for the helpful info godbless you! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	CSC October 2012 Filers	They have a 'received date' (the date they received your petition) which in your case is Oct 31st and a 'notice date' (the date they approved 'starting' processing your petition) which in your case is Nov 1st. That means your NOA1 is from Nov 1st, which makes you an november filer I believe. OT: Our NOA1 dates from October 5th last year. We also haven't heard anything yet and just like everyone else filing at CSC, we're frustrated the average processing time went from 5 to 7,5 months in the past few weeks. We have an immigration attorney as our representative (for a certain matter - otherwise we would've done it ourselves), but she said that unfortunately we won't have to contact the USCIS at this point since in their opinion we would be within the normal processing times of 7,5 months now that they've changed that. If it's true we could possibly receive our NOA2 around mid-/end-May. We're not expecting anything for now, but if we haven't received anything by then we'll contact the USCIS. At that point we'd be beyond the 'normal processing times', so I wonder what they'll say. For now - just like all of you - we are frustrated, since we've been waiting for almost 6,5 months now. However, I can only imagine that the people with a NOA1 dated from july (etc.) last year are beyond frustrated and sad. There's nothing we can do about it, but I do hope everyone will find the strength and patience to carry-on for now. As my fiance says "everything will be fine" however long the wait is, cause these months eventually will seem nothing compared to the lifetime we'll have together after this. (Of course my mind fully disagrees when he says it - even though he means well -, but when I look deep inside my heart I know he's right.) The funny thing is that NVC received my approval on 5/1 and sent it to Vietnam on 5/3 (yesterday). Anyways, what number or email or whatever website portal can i reach USCIS to obtain this NOA2 hard copy?? so i can actually call nvc if they have my approved case already?.. Make sure that you've already paid for the fees at BPI before you call though. Also, make sure that your case arrives at the Embassy before your scheduled interview. Haven't posted in a while but I've got great news.. we got our case number on monday the 6th! I've actually been away for work training and so my lovely fiancee took over the task of calling NVC daily from the Philippines. On monday in between my training she called me and told me the good news! And to top it off, by wednesday evening she already had an interview appointment.. despite our case still not yet arriving at the USEM. That's just how awesome my mahal is!    To those who are still waiting.. hang in there! Yes, it is embassy specific...for the Philippines as well, the case # is almost worth it's weight in gold, as you can then pay for and schedule an embassy interview and go to do the medical exams without having to wait for the file to reach the embassy.   Check your regional forum embassy guides for more information, as I only know my fiancee's countries' steps (I'm selfish that way). hey there i just got my MNl# today so can my fiance set up an interview dte now? I am wondering how long it takes to get my packet or whatever it is that will be sent to me by the US Embassy Manila. I'm a bit confused. I've already set my interview appointment for July 3 and I'm wondering if I need the documents they will send before my interview. I've read in some posts that it is not necessary to wait for their mail. Upon checking my case status online, it says that my case is READY for interview appointment. Pls advise. Thank you. i was confused also but i went ahead and called the manila embAssy im the petitioner and they said that letter is only a notice that they have recieved his case but you can ask them if they have already recieved ur case..theyll just need your mnl# then if they do then your fiance can go ahead and pay at any bpi then he or she can go ahead and call the following day to schedule for an interview my fiance chose an appointment date and yes that packet isnt important Edited by AprilArvin, 31 May 2013 - 03:47 AM. The CO told me my visa was approved so i don't see why it would take longer and our statuses don't say anything about AP so we're not in AP for sure. So i attended my fiance's interview manila embassy june 20th 2013 we werent told if we were approved or not the consular just gave us a pamphlit about domestic violences and all.we were forwarded to window 72 and we were told that we can go home and that its okay already,and so we did keep checkin the ceac visa status website and it was change to ready and that our case is opened and to check back adter 2 business days but then nothing changed -.- im scheduled to go back to guam on july 5 now if his visa doesnt come then i would have to extend im confuse why did the visa status online said to check back after two business days and then nothing even changed even after 4 days ... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USEM visa after approval	So my fiancee' was approved on June 4 but the AO said there would be a 24-48 hour delay for some kind of additional processing.  She received no additional forms and the passport was kept but the case status said "ready" and "case is open" for two weeks after the interview.  This was finally updated a couple of days ago and now says the case is in "administrative processing".  It also says this could take several weeks.  Has anyone had a similar situation with the Manila Embassy and how long should it typically take from this point?  Others approved the same day received their visas within one week and it has been almost three weeks now for ours.  I call each day to the Embassy for a status update and am told the visa is in final processing to be printed and to call back the next day.  I have gotten this or a similar response for the past 5 days though, so is this just another canned response or does it mean the visa should be printed and out for delivery soon?  Thanks for any response if you have information. same situation,my fiance had his interview on the 20th of june they kept his passport and they didnt even tell us if it was approve pr not the guy from the last window window 72 just told us its ok already and that we can go home up Until now no visa recieved yet and No passport returned they left us so clueless	AprilArvin	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-07-01 04:04:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Passport status after interview	my interview was june 19. same here, no passport yet. we called the embassy last wed, they said it is being printed... then friday, they said the visa is printed but there is a 48 hour releasing period before its sent to the courier. maybe u can call the embassy to check ur status ive been trying to call but those automated answering machine just wasted every minutes i had in my phone,and now i went to check visa stattus on ceac and it says his visa status is administrative processing why??they didnt even ask us for any evidence on the interview and we had everything they asked for	AprilArvin	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-07-08 18:19:00
