K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	previous visa application will affect my present fiancee visa application?	Hello everyone today our lawyer send already our K1- application to USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CENTER the lawyer send the wrong draft relationship letter because my fiancee did some correction maybe the lawyer didn't check on it first before sending it. my fiance did some correction just to make it right specially on dates when he visited me here in the Philippines, do you think that would be the reason why it won't get approved our application, please let me know some of your thought and knowledge about this, or is there anyone here experience that too, hope to hear from you soon, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!	poisonivy	Female	Philippines	2013-12-21 01:21:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	previous visa application will affect my present fiancee visa application?	hello everyone, just want to learn something and know about  the legal way i had a boyfriend before last 2010 and he filed a fiancee visa on that same year and receive the approval of the application from the us embassy manila july 9, 2010 and my case is eligible to be scheduled for visa interview, the thing here is he didn't continue the processing he can't make on his financial because he have four dependents and can't met the poverty guidelines, but  that was fine with me,because i am ok to live here in my country Philippines he said he will just stay here in the Philippines with me and go back to the us to see and visit his kids he promised  to be with me after renovation of his apartments almost a year of waiting but it didn't happened, that's always our topic and issue and he keep ignoring about it when i ask him when he will come here in the Philippines, we get fight have misunderstanding and even don't talk to each other he got mad when i ask him when are you coming here in the Philippines. the end  of 2011 i decided to broke up with him because our relationship is not  working, not healthy anymore i already know it will not work out  for both of us, i didn't talk to him anymore after that. 2012 i met my present  boyfriend and now he decided to filed fiancee visa,  really bothered here if my previous visa application will affect our present fiancee application and will not be approve, hope all of you can help me, really appreciate your legal advice i really don't know what to do really need your advice as soon as possible, thank you!!!	poisonivy	Female	Philippines	2013-12-03 21:14:00
