In the releasing window though, they just verified my name and if i had my biometrics. I am not sure if the guy just forgot or something. But during the interview with the filipino consul/representative, he did confirm my address. Then that's it. I hope they just forgot or thought it wasn't necessary, because i was one of the last people in the embassy.   Hi! I just had the same situation today. Did you get your visa yet? It's been 2 weeks already since the documents were sent to them. DHL usually takes 3-5 days. I tried doing the "monitoring from DHL" using the EXP09OCT2013A thing. the 3 documents I was monitoring were already delivered by DHL last week.   Any idea from the others from Philippines who's already done with the process? My file was sent to the embassy October 9 according to NVC. As of yesterday, the embassy in Manila said they haven't received the physical file but they will forward an instruction for the interview once received. May I ask if somebody from the Philippines received this instruction already? How long after the NVC sent it to the embassy and was it sent to you thru email or mail? I finished early but was asked to go back tomorrow for the result. I really wish there's no problem with the medical. I had a fellow May filer who was asked to come back at 1:30pm. K1 applicants are not provided with interviews by NVC the consulate does the interview scheduling. I wouldn't pay too much attention to that message. I hope to get our (my) case number soon!!   I checked the CEAC website. After I logged in using the NVC number they gave me over the phone, the "AT NVC" status appeared. We called last Friday, they told us to wait for 8 weeks. We called again Monday and we were told it was received but no case number yet and told to wait for 4 weeks. But still, we called Tuesday 11:30pm EDT, we got our case number. We are on day 39 or 40 at this point after our NOA2, waiting for our case number. Our lawyer has called/emailed NVC twice with no information available. Thank goodness this is a new week! I'm thinking I might call myself and find out if the NVC has our file yet. It has only been 10 days since my NOA2 and I'm from Vermont Service Center. I tried to observe first the processes and timelines as well as read forums and K1 process but I'm still confused. I hope you can enlighten me since you're done and you got your visa already. Can you tell me what happens after you got your case number from NVC. I notice you already scheduled the interview and medical yourself. Does it mean I don't need to wait for Packet 3 and 4? I can see that you have a quick timeline after your NOA2. Do I need to bring any letter in St. Lukes?    Thank you so much in advance for your help. Sent it to my fiance thru DHL this afternoon so he can add the other documents he needs to submit. Unlike the others who were able to reply the next day to their RFE, it will take me more than 1 week. I hope that's ok. I'm also worried about DHL because I am used to LBC. I just read forums about DHL problems (I hope they're not true).   Anyway, all I need to do now is wait again. I wish it won't take too long for NOA2 after we submit our reply to RFE.   Btw, congratulations to all whose Visas were already approved! Our petition hasn't been touched since 13 aug, I'm worried this happened to us as well My fiancé is in Paris for work this week.. The last time I received an email was August 13 too. that was when TSC received our papers. And yes it's from uscis and "request for evidence" is written on top. I havent called them yet. I plan to call them after we submit our response to the rfe, just to be sure they receive our response. We're still on the process of printing and making the affidavits of our friends. We didn't receive any email or text and when i looked at the uscis website, our status didn't change. Anyway, I think it's still good because our paper is moving. We'll be sending more letters and pictures this time. I just want to let you know so some of those who got transferred from vsc-tsc will have an idea that our papers arent lost afterall.
