Did you also file an I-129F for a K3 visa? pushbrk - i think Dini has incorrectly answered question 22 on I-130 where she has indicated that the intending immigrant is in the united states (when in reality they are not) and will adjust status. thats what i gathered from her previous posts. am i correct Dini? Ja you are correct. I think we answered wrong. Our approval notice from the I130 says we need to file I824 to have CSC sent our I130 to NVC.A congressman couldn't help us any, so we ave to file it. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I need some help with what adress to chose..	Hi Guys, I'm new here and i wait for my I130 approval. I have some serious problems though. Once the I 130 gets aproved and i have to tell them where to send the greencard (after all the other paperwork of course..) I don't know where my husband and i will live then. right now he lives with his brother and sister in law, but 1. i don't want to live with them (she's a very messy person and doesn't care for her kids) and 2.there'd be no space anyway. my husband works like crazy now and i also try to safe as much money as possible. PROBLEM: what address do i want the greencard send to??? and where do i put my name on the mailbox if it is a housing area?? Thanks guys! I appreciate your help! Did you guys send in the original and translated ploicecertificate,marriage certificate and birt certificate to NVC or did he have to bring it to Frankfurt? I'm so confuses about it. But only because we want so much to be together. I pray that the Lord will touch the hearts of the VSC people who work on our papers. These are people's lives. No matter how bad the economic situation is in the US, i am willing to leave my job and be with the one person that i love the most. Because life only happens when i am with him. Without my husband by my side, i'm just mere existing. IF THERE'S ANYONE FROM VSC WHO READS THIS. WE HOPE YOU GET TO SLEEP SOUNDLY ...because we don't...we can't...not until our tears our gone...not until we are united with our families.
