K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Visiting the US while applying for K-1 Visa?	Any final verdict? And what is vwp? I am going to have a summer job here, I'll be graduating in May, and then I work this summer until September. We just didn't want to be apart from eachother for the entire process because it would be so long. If it is up to the attitude of a POE(some kind of passport officer?) then I don't think i'll risk it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-94	I tend to get more and more confused when it comes to the letter of intent. It is recommended to describe the relationship, its history, present and future. (for example, see http://www.expertfia...visas.com/?p=15 ) Where does this go? ON the intent to marry...or somewhere else? And also, how long should both (petitioner/beneficiary) letters of intent to marry be? Because the example form has such a short format. Do I have to worry about the United states embassy and consulate yet, or do I wait for when it gets accepted? (does that mean there will be two addresses on it? Embassy and USCIS service center?) K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-94	Hi everyone, I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong thread. I'm new here... Me and my fiance are just getting started with the I-129 process. In the form they are asking for the I-94 number and for the A number but I don't have either of them. As far as I have understood the I-94 is the small white paper that they attach with the passport when I enter the United States as an Alien and take back when I leave the country. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Address change for petitioner	I am a U.S. citizen and need to change my address. We have already sent in our K-1 application and gotten back a confirmation of having received it and my check was cashed. I will be most likely moving 2 times within the next 3 months and want to be on top of changing my address so everything goes smoothly. My problem is that I only find the AR-11 when I try to figure out what to do. Is it ok to do it that way, or is there a specific one for U.S. citizens? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Problems with affidavit - relative won't co-sign	We are doing a fiance visa, we have sent in our stuff and are waiting for the NOA1 and want to have the I-134 in order. We are in the process of finding co-signers for our affidavit since the US petitioner is a student on student loans.
