USCIS Service Centers	Processing times for NOA2	Hi all, so things so far have been relatively fast for us.  Myself and Fiance sorted our documents in a timely fashoin and sent them away on the 27th of december 2013.  We got a notice that they had been recieved 2 days later and an email with our case number on 2nd Jan 2014.  Hard copy of this arrived 7th Jan and we then had the alien registration number changed on the 9th Jan.  This seems like everything has been pretty quick but i cannot find any info on average processing times for NOA2.   I tried looking at the history and trends but I dont really understand the graphs.  When i go to the uscis site and try the processing times they all just give the generic 6 months wait.  Can anyone shed any light on how long it will take to get to NOA2? Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)	What happens after visa is shipped to embassy?	HI all, I'm a little confused over what happens once my embassy receives our petition for K1 and how they contact us to tell us what to do next.  I phoned the NVC today who stated that they shipped our petition already to Dublin on the 22nd August.  I would imagine that it is there by now but i wasn't able to talk to anyone as when i tried to ring the embassy it just gave me lots of pre-recorded info and I wasn't able to talk to anyone.  I should also note that i asked the nvc for a case number but they said just go off the original number given by Texas.   Can anyone explain what happens at this point?  Will they mail me instructions? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Processing timeframe and location of petition	Hi All, I have read the guide that explains where your petition is supposed to go depending on the State that the Petitioner is from.  My Fiance is from PA so according to the guide its supposed to go to VSC however, my petition starts srcxxxxxxxxxx which i was told means its being handled by the TSC.  I noted that on the processing times page there are current dates for what the CSC and VSC are working on based on NOA1 dates, but where are the current TSC dates?  I know that the generic wait time is 5 months but is there any idea on where they are roughly up to?   On a final note if we ever do make an enquiry on the petition does the pertitioner have to make the call or can the benificery do it?   Thanks in advance.
