IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	finding frnds	First, your future husband need to obtain the Affidavit in Lieu of a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage at the US Embassy, Manila. Second, you need to check and gather all the (wedding) requirements, get married. After you married, I suggest you study the CR-1 Guide, then file for the visa petition. Good Luck!
