K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Expedite Request by Myself or through my Congresswoman	Deported is an issue. Not meaning to be cruel or dramatic, but needing a caregiver is typically not enough of a reason for expedite to be granted. Not cruel. I don't need him to need a caregiver. He was driving my sisters car -doing her a favor in fixing her car and the cop pulled him over. Determimed he was here illegally and called border patrol. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Expedite Request by Myself or through my Congresswoman	Hello. I am currently working with an immigration office here in my hometown. I had to find out on my own that I can ask for a expedite request. I have Multiple sclerosis and am asking the request based on medical reasons. My health is not doing so well and am working on getting the letter from my neurologist. My lawyer office said that they will take the letter to my area's congresswoman but I had also called the Customer Service center and filed a request and all I need to do is fax it to them directly. What should I do? Send it in myself or have my lawyer handle it. My fiance is in Mexico and the California Service has my application.
