We met online over 4 years ago and we have spent the last year and a half traveling back and forth visiting each other. While I love traveling, it's really about time we were together forever!! Our original plan was for me to move to England, but that is not possible at this time, so he will be joining me here in Indiana! I had some questions about the K-1 visa process. So the first thing for me to do is fill out the I-129f, correct? Then do I apply for the visa? Or do I fill out the affidavit of support before that? Can joint savings be used along with my salary? Like pay stubs or a letter from my job? Or just tax info? I got my W2 form today to file my taxes, but I only made just over 12K last year BECAUSE I was visiting my fiancé in England in January, February and march of 2013 and also November 2013- January 2014. Will this be an issue for my salary requirement? And I am allowed to use savings, correct? I have 14K saved. Also, I am planning to buy a house soon, so I won't have my savings in the bank... I got my W2 form today to file my taxes, but I only made just over 12K last year BECAUSE I was visiting my fiancé in England in January, February and march of 2013 and also November 2013- January 2014.

Will this be an issue for my salary requirement? And I am allowed to use savings, correct? I have 14K saved.
Also, I am planning to buy a house soon, so I won't have my savings in the bank...

I'm so worried I won't meet the requirement, as my fiancé failed to meet the requirement for the UK fiancé visa.

Quick question!
