Hello , well i got another question , am not employed but i went back to school to study a post graduate diploma after i finished ma bachelors degree and i graduated ,ma question is when i get to the interview will not they ask me anythin related to ma being un employed coz they told me they ask for ties but ma hubby sends me money for ma school ,well will it affect me that am not workin yet. thanx

Hello everyone ,well this is what i got from NVC today but am not getting it clearly n here are the documents that they asked for but i sent the W2 for 2011 so help me out and explain to me more details on what they mean .The person petitioning in for me is ma husband who is an american but currently his not around so help me out ;And i the beneficiary i was being told that i have to present them at the interview .

Doesnt matter who sends the forms in and yes you can send them both in together, remember to put each relevant barcode sheet on the top of the forms.

Am inquiring about the DS-230 and the AOS,well last week i got feedback from NVC and they had sent me the IV fee which was 230$ and then my petitioner(husband) paid it and we were able to get a receipt and the cover sheet so i was being told that i have to fill out DS-230 which i did and i got a copy already with me and ma question is that is it right to send DS-230 and AOS together or do i send them separately and also does it matter on who is to send the packages where its me the beneficiary or ma husband the petitioner .THANKS

Hey ,the petitioner (husband ) paid for the DS-230 n its still in process but he( husband )also finished paying for the AOS fee and we have all receipts showing payments are all clear ,and my question is does it matter on who sends the packages and is it ok or right after filling the AOS form and the DS-230 to send them together or which form am i meant to send in first because i have all ma forms with me but am asking to get to find out the right way of getting things together . the phone number has no bearing on you process, what is important is the email, I am assuming your husband is going to be your agent. As long as they have your correct email and his correct email so, you can receive communications from the NVC. you will be fine.

thanx very much am goin to call and give them the number but his email address is same i mean ma hubby's number and the other thing is from them receiving your 3230 whats next n how long will it take to get to the interview level.

Hello everyone ,am martha brown and i got married to an american last year in june n we have been processing our papers for the 1-130 and we got a notification from NVC that they had approved our papers so they sent us an email thats we had to pay the 88$ which we finished paying n i the beneficiary i sent ma 3230 by email to NVC n we both have the receipts for paying the 88$ but when i was filling in the 3230 i put a phone number that he was using the time he was at his former camp n then this year he was relocated to a better camp thats better than where he was and the email i used its the one his currently using n am confused about the phone number that i used and does any one think that it may affect ma 3230 well help me out on this one am kinda sad and i sent ma 3230 on the 13th/jan/2013 and i have not heard from them about ma 3230 ever since then well any body to help me out coz am worried . Thanks

NVC has completed the review of this case. However, our review of the
I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form
and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is
still some missing documentation.

We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which
documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and
forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final
interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,
including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.

And we got this message on the 03/08/2013 but we presented the 2011 photocopies of the federal individual tax return and the W-2 for 2011 and then today 03/12/2013 we got another message from NVC saying so and we are kinda confused on what we are meant to .Any advise is welcome .Much love
