I have something similar to yours.  We met once, in her city, I met her parents many times (with pictures of course) and I had been plannign a 2nd trip, but my father got sick, and eventually died this year in April.     So, I sent the death certificate, obituary (which has my name in it) and a letter explaing why we could not meet a 2nd time, and that i was saving my last week of vacation for when Svetlana came, so that we could spend a nice 10 days together here, getting her used to my house, the area i live in, etc..   We dont have a TON of pictueres together, like 20 or so, but they are of us together, and with her parents, and Have 1000s of pages of chats and letters.   As far as I can tell, all of my evidence is fine, and income is fine, and such, but I have this feeling, it depends on the mood of the interviewer.  Thank you!! Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	I'm in a bit of a panic, Help please	I was at the interview what my fiancee told me was she turned in all documents and after the interview the consular officer explained she was approved to turn in her passport and she would receive the visa in 7 days. The phone numbers I call all direct to US Traveldocs ,but they aren't very helpful does anyone have a direct line to the actual embassy. I called the NVC and DOS already, but they both said I need to speak with the embassy. Like I said they did call today but she couldn't pick up. I sent a email to the consulate ,but I'm not sure how long it will take for them to reply. Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	I'm in a bit of a panic, Help please	So we called today to track her passport, but at first they said they had no record of her actually going to the interview, so when I checked on the NVC website we get this  Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed or available within two business days. Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing.In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.    Anyone know what to do?
