USCIS Service Centers	HOW TO KNOW IF A CASE IS TOUCHED	ANYONE HERE? HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CASE IS TOUCHED? I HAVE A USCIS LOG-IN ACCOUNT and all I can find when I log in is my case status, date of update, etc....
