Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	Police Certificates in Russia	Can someone tell me how my girlfriend can get her police certivicate in Russia?  I have checked the website with the informatioin on it but it does not have any instructions on how to get this.  All the website says is that they have to send the certificate by 30 days.  It does not provide any information on how to ACTUALLY get the certificate.  It doesn't even tell you where to go.  If anyone has any informaiton on where to get this it would be much appricated.   Thank you for any help you can supply. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How do you pay the Visa Fees for a K-1 & K-2 Visa	I am trying to find out where I can pay the fees for a K-1 and K-2 Visa but the information I was sent is very unclear and does not say how to do this.  Can someone tell me how to pay the $240 for the Visa fees.    Thank you so much.  This site has been amazing.
